Our son gave us a 3-day stay as an anniversary gift and we stayed at the Carefree Resort earlier this week. We're from the Phoenix area and know this is the OFF season for visitors. The setting in Carefree is lovely. Our room with 2 queen beds, 2 sink bath, was more than adequate. There was a microwave but no...

This place exceeded our expectations!! We orginally choose this resort because we were planing to party at Harolds all weekend and wanted to be close by. The Resort was beautiful! The staff was friendly and helpful. When we arrived we had a ton of stuff with us for the weekend since it was friends going away party, the Bellhop was...

I understand when you buy a living social or groupon you probably get the worst room in the house. I don't understand this thinking though when the place is empty. Our patio consisted of one "banquet" type chair with a view of the parking lot. You would think management would want people to come back and would at least try...

We had a wonderful anniversary getaway at your resort! The price was incredible and your facility is just beautiful! Every staff person we dealt with was friendly and helpful. We truly felt like we\'d had a \"resort\" experience. When we got home Saturday night, I realized I had left my personal down pillow on our bed. Yadira, in housekeeping, made...

I arranged an event at this hotel, and was very pleased with the outcome. I'd made arrangements, in advance, for many family members and friends to stay at this hotel, and found that the staff was able to accommodate all of the guests needs when they made their individual reservations. The staff was efficient, professional and friendly. The event coordinator,...

This was the first stop on our summer road trip through the Southwest. I booked the summer special, and although I realize with this special you were not allowed to select a view from the room, I didn't expect to be looking at the maintenance yard, especially when the hotel was practically empty. There may have been 4 other rooms...

I work in hospitality so it was weird being on the other end of such attentive service. Check-in was smooth, my room was huge with a balcony (but the heat kept me from enjoying it), the bathroom was tiled with a walk in shower which was again huge!! The bed was a king and very comfortable. The leather arm chair...

After reading reviews for this property I was had pretty low expectations, but was just staying 1 night so I figured it couldn't be that bad. We purchased a prepaid deal in advance and arrived early in the morning. The front desk agent was very friendly (can't remember his name, but he is from Tucson and going to ASU), and...

My Mom and I stayed here on July 19th and 20th and unfortunately, we stayed one night too many...Not only did the front desk lady on Friday act like a [---], she also gave me the wrong directions to get to my room. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but this was not the best way to...
