Some poor customer service highlighted on you tube regarding booking cancellation - need to look at the bigger picture not take advantage of a customer's unfortunate circumstances - shame on you. Hope they can use a common sense approach in the future.

Meal were not included however the supermarket is a short walk away. Good deli, bakery and fruit. All you need for a good breakfast. Plenty of places to eat in or takeaway so there are no shortage of options.
