Spent our anniversary here. Could sum it up by saying if heaven is a place on earth, this it's it. Stayed a week, wish it had been a month. Everything is first class, rooms, facilities, restaurants, amenities, and foremost, staff. Coming back next year!
The hotel has a customer service desk at the airport in Bora Bora. They welcome you, tag your luggage and take it from there to the shuttle boat. The shuttle boat is large and a nice trip. The boat got stuck on launch on a...More

Dear Maria A,
Thank you for your recent Tripadvisor review regarding your stay at the St. Regis Bora Bora Resort.
We are very surprised about your arrival experience. The last time our boat experienced this inconvenience was in September 2017.

My husband and I were here for a delayed honeymoon. We booked the St-Regis vs. Four Seasons because, although they are next to each other, The St-Regis has a fat better property overall. The lagoonarium, the beach, the views to the volcano. water sport and...More

When we arrived we were informed our room was not ready can't recall the exact time we arrived but it was morning time. We were offered like many others arriving to use changing and luggage storage facilities. We used this and waited on the beach for our room to be ready. I suggest if early checkin is something you are looking for contacting them directly is you best bet. Enjoy your holidays

An overwater bungalow is something that everyone should enjoy at least once in life. We saw sharks and rays off our deck plus the sunsets behind the mountain are awesome. The mountain itself is visible from just about everywhere so you won't miss out wherever you stay. Depending on your bungalow location you might see it straight ahead or you might need to turn your head or have to ask the folks in the next bungalow to please open their curtains so that you can peer through their windows. If a tree is in the way then talk to the tree. Just don't be fooled that everyone is gazing at old Otemanu so now is your chance to skinny dip in Tahiti. I didn't mind the laughter or the paparazzi but the judges score cards was just wrong and way too low.
