Stayed in there during a national holiday and hotel's location is perfect, just at the entrance of Assos, so you don't have to walk after parking your car (there is very limited parking spots in the town so most people has to park at the entrance). The view of the hotel is very good even it is not toward the...

I'm guessing that you've never experienced anything quite like the Assosyal Otel. I know that we never had. You'll wind your way uphill through the village of Behramkale, feeling like you've gone back 100 years in a time machine. The front of the hotel is quite unassuming. At first glance it's just as modest as the surrounding houses of the...

After arriving from a long drive from Istanbul we found we were the only guests for two nights. The lady who worked there was lovely and ran the restaurant herself, cooking an evening feast and a massive traditional breakfast. The kitchen produced lovely food. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and well facilitated. We loved the art and unique curiosities that...

This hotel is as unique as you’ll find anywhere. The place is a virtual work of art and each new nook and cranny reveals a new surprise. A distinctive stay in an ancient town, it’s not perfect but it’s perfectly interesting. The good: free parking outside the hotel on a first come basis otherwise it’s a walk down the street....

If you want to go to a calm, unique, one of a kind place, this is it. You can get lost in your mind and your stories here at the top of mountains. The hotel is like a hidden treasure in a little corner of Assos center. Even the locals are not aware of the hotel being there. The hotel...

Located in Behramkale, 10min. walk to antique temple of Athena. Old stone houses turned into a boutique hotel with minimum modifications. Nice architecture, beautiful scenery and very kind staff. Highly recommended. Some rooms are quite small, check before you make a reserv.

Unique design of stone naturality gives a calm sense right away once you arrive. If you are tired of loud and hectic city life, it offers silence accompanied by views with wide sights. Rooms were smaller than any other hotel I've seen. You need to bend while entering the door.

We were travelling with a rental car from Istanbul to Bodrum, and decided to book the Assosyal Otel for our stopover in the antique city of Assos. What we didn't initially realise was that the Assosyal is actually located in walking distance from Athena's temple in Behramkale. So we visited the ruins first, then drove down a very narow and...

We are traveling on our own in a rental car from Istanbul to Bodrum and we found the beautiful and ancient little town of Assos. Also known as Behramkale. After checking out a few places we decided on this place and we enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night. The setting is so peaceful and serene. We are...
