This has been my favorite hotel so far on my trip. Van is the owner and she’s amazing, so so helpful and friendly! She gave me recommendations for food (even made my vegetarian dinner for me when it was late and near by restaurants had already closed) - it was cold but she warm me up :)) ! She booked tour - bus for me and helped me plan my trip. Location is really good, lots of places to eats and good coffee. Bed was very comfortable, the view from your bed is amazing, I could hear birds songs when I opened the balcony door and really enjoy the scene with tranquil white cloud covered mountains from my bed. Clean big toilet and shower too. There is a nice vibe at the hotel, I joined other guests for the trekking tour and made good friends there. There is also a book exchange too with a really good collection of books. The vibe There are two dogs named Snow and Ice-cream and two cats named Pumpkins 🎃 and Watermelon 🍉 which are absolutely adorable! Thank you Van for everything and I had really good time! I can’t recommend this hotel enough :(( Nothing. Everything was great 👍

Van and her family are amazing. The level of hospitality they provide is up there with any luxury hotel. I stayed for one night initially and then felt so at home and comfortable, I decided to stay a second. My third night in Sapa I went on a trek and when I returned the next day Van booked the sleeper train back to Hanoi for me and let me have a shower before heading out. When the car came to take me to Lao Chi to catch the train her husband insisted on carrying my bags up the stairs for me to the main road. The whole family has a hospitable and professional manner that will surely surpass anything you can get in any of the big, glitzy hotels that are appearing all around Sapa. Besides all that, the place is kept impeccably clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the included breakfast is quite yummy. I also got my laundry done for very cheap. Oh, and multiple times in Vietnam, upon check out, the hotel I stayed in asked me to write a review, and leave them a specific score on TA or Booking, so much so that I started to not trust the perfect reviews I was seeing. Not the case here. I’m leaving this one freely because of how impressed I was with my stay; and I’m a guy who usually doesn’t bother to leave reviews... Well done!

Had such a wonderful stay at Botanic Sapa Hotel. Rooms were beautiful and clean, with a cute little balcony with views of the mountains. Such a welcoming family including two incredibly cute dogs. Will definitely be back one day, can't recommend this place enough. Thanks for having me (and my parents)!

As soon as we walked in it was clear why other reviews are so positive. We could not have been made more welcome, and the place and views looked great. The room was spacious, comfortable and great value, and we enjoyed breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Home away from home. Charming place to stay with room cleaned daily, fresh towels etc. Good views of the mountains and run by helpful, friendly couple. Quiet location but close to main attractions. Large breakfasts and very clean but homely. Staff were happy to arrange our bus service to Hanoi and gave us useful travel advice. We had 5 nights here and are very sad to be leaving.

Nice room, good view, great shower, yummy breakfast, clean and cosy. The location is good (climb two flights of stairs and you are in the centre) and quiet, we slept well. Everything a hotel should be. All this and a great host! She gave us clear information that answered all of our questions, helped us to find a bus back to Hanoi. Seems that she managed to get the last 2 tickets available. To be honest, she is the best host we met after 2 and a half weeks of travelling in Vietnam. We are happy that we stayed here!

Van and Minh and our stay at Botanic Sapa was the highlight of our 18 days in Vietnam. Van is organised, kind, sweet with a great sense of humour. Van sat us down on arrival and explained the map and the town with very valuable hints and tips. She organised the best trekking for us, and we loved being looked after by her. She gave us thoughtful gifts of fruit and her caring touches made staying here an absolute delight. I left my sweater on the bus, and she and Minh were tenacious in getting it back. Her family was beautiful. Her dogs are beautiful. the views are beautiful. And her breakfast! It was amazing! You must have the omelette, but every meal was extremely tasty. And don't be worried by the steps, it means that your accommodation will be so quiet and peaceful. We rarely give 5 stars but this little Hotel is a gem and a highlight in Vietnam.

Botanic sapa hotel is a great hotel to stay at!! It is located in the center of sapa and close to everything walking distance! The hotel is 4 rooms only part if a familys home and this turned out to be a big advantage. You get to stay in luxury rooms while getting the feel of a homey family atmosphere! The rooms all have a Gorgeous view of the mountain and are well equipped with clean linens and towels, small toiletries such as combs, toothbrush, soaps, shower cap, earbuds exc. Every room also has complementary water bottles, tissue packets, tea and suger What makes this place so special is van the owner. She came out to greet us when we arrived (the hotel is down a small alley) and took care of our every need! She prepared maps if the city and helped us plan the best day trips from recommendation and to ordering us a cab for the day. She greeted us when we returned and always was looking for a way to nake our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. She also offers laundry services for very cheap price. Also she makes really yummy breakfasts that are included^_^ she lets you choose every eavning. We especially enjoyed the two wonderful dogs who were extremely friendly!! And her young 6 yo daughter^_^ we really loved being with the family when we got a chance and also having the privacy of our comfy room. This hotel is worth every dollar and was a big part of gow much we enjoyed sapa.
