My friend and I stayed in this hotel on the occasion of sight inspection from TA .This hotel is quite big comparing with other 03 star hotels in Sapa . The room is good size and comfortable with big window . The staffs are not professional but so friendly and polite . Breakfast is not so diverse for guest's choice .should be added more stayed in December , 2014
Located near the center of the town, this hotel is really quiet and good looking from out side. I and my friend stayed in this hotel for 1 night, the staff were very attentive and polite, but the things made us feel disappointed as below: First, the price was expensive in comparison with other hotel here, room don't have Air-conditioner, u will get crazy after long day trekking in the village and get back to the room without AC, it's like u stay inside the oven. Second, the water in the bathroom some time was stuck, we were waiting for 30 mins to get the hot water. Overall, with same price you pay for this hotel, you can get a better hotel in the same are. Wouldn't recommend to anyone !
our deluxe mountain view room looked out onto a derelict building, breakfast was really terrible but the room was a good size and clean, reception staff were good but restaurant staff were worthless, also over priced in my opinion for what you get
We had a room with a "Mountain View" that was just a view of other buildings undergoing construction. It was also quite loud, with kids running around the hallways screaming for hours. Location is also inconvenient — it's a 10 min walk to town. The staff was helpful in arranging us a room with air conditioning after we discovered that our room didn't have it, but they speak minimal English. At one point we had asked a question, then sat nearby waiting for 20 minutes while we thought the receptionist was processing our request, but it turned out she hadn't understood us in the slightest. The fact that a few of the restaurants in the area around the hotel refused to seat us suggested that this hotel/location may be better suited for Vietnamese rather than tourists.
We booked into this hotel after a bad experience at a cheaper place around the corner. This hotel is fantastic. The rooms are large and new with the most comfortable bed we experienced in Vietnam. The staff are very friendly and helpful.the breakfast is average but tasty. We found the location very good and didn't mind the 10 minute walk along the lake to get into the heart of Sapa. We can highly recommend this hotel
