If you want cheap and central then stay here - 10$ a room. It's not clean (dirty screwed up papers under the bed showed it hadn't been swept after the last occupier), it's quite noisy as family downstairs have crying kids and loud TV. The laundry, which is more expensive than usual, comes back to you all bundled up in... More

Good location, the room are big and there is enough space for all your stuff, there's tv, hot water and wifi. The staff was very helpful and they give us suggestion to explore the area by ourself. we rent a motorbike with them and booked the excursion to Lao chai, that was very interesting, with local people talking with you... We stayed here for 2 nights and thought it was great. We are very budget travellers to perfect standards. The rooms are large and clean with good hot water. We found the owners to be friendly and helpful but not over the top. This hotel was cery quite

THe rooms are very clean, with clean bedding etc. Views from many rooms are to die for at around 190 dong a night for a single room. The family were very friendly especially the older brother with his baby daughter. The other guy was a bit dour at first but the smiles came. If you are looking for a good... More

Owners are grumpy, seem annoyed you're staying but obviously like the money. We paid $10 a night for a big corner room with loads light from the windows. Nice view with balcony around the building. Unfortunately it is very close to the bus stop so every morning I was awoken by insane honking. And 7.30pm every night there is a... More

I don't need a lot during my trip, but thus place is the worst I stayed. Itwas really cold in Sapa when I got there. The room was really cold and my bed was near the window, so the wind was blowing trough it. They don't have heaters, the beds looked dirty and the bathroom was really dirty. When I... More

I stayed here for two nights and then paid for a third night as they could only arrange me a bus at 4pm back to Hanoi. Firstly I had to wait around for a room after the arranged check in time. Secondly, the room I was in was dirty and smelled of mould and dampness. The room was not made... More

We arrived at this hotel promised a fix price for each activity. When we come to pay they higherd the price with no shame telling us we were mistaken. We booked with them a 2 day tour around sapa and payed a dollar more for a shower with hot water when we come back from the hike. We came back... More

I didn't make any plans and ended up in Sapa on one cold miserable morning and as recommended by another fellow traveler, I just took it on as I am only staying for a night. The charge was USD8 for a very big room - good enough for 3 person and I extended my checkout time till 6pm for extra... More

The staff were great, accommodating my request for a room change because I was uncomfortable with a broken window in the bathroom door. The room was clean and comfortable and spacious. The views of the mountains were lovely from the balcony though the mist and fog will affect this. We were just around the corner from the markets and the... More
