We found this 5* hotel rated on Agoda and it was not one of the two a friend had recommended, but decided to give it a try since it had a significant reduced sale. It was well worth the money, especially since we got upgraded to a suite. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out. We had an evening meal in the hotel and tried out the spa service. We found all to be excellent. Not everyone spoke English, but many tried and all made us feel welcome. The breakfast had many choices, even for vegetarians ( a vegan might have had difficulties with the normal buffet), but they had a nice salad and fruit each morning as well as other standard western & Asian choices. While there is always room for improvement, this is definitely a hotel we would return to. It was wonderful that they had two lobbies - 1st floor and 15th floor. This made it extremely convenient for walking, catching a car, or parking a motorbike.

The hotel is a good option and good value in Sapa and is one to have some of the international standards, just don’t expect the 5* service. For beginners, the hotel itself is quite nice, has modern with local characters design, uses high quality building and bathroom materials, and is clean. We got two deluxe view rooms which were decent size, well equipped and functional. Bathrooms were a little small but it worked. Beds were comfy. Location is about 10 minutes walk from center and easy access with cars. The hotel offers free parking in its own garage, which was nice. Breakfast was ok with good options. However it got really crowded in the morning and got quite noisy and a bit chaotic. Nothing sort of unexpected at a hotel catering to and full or Vietnamese travelers though. The spa was surprisingly nice and affordable. Our family tried the Dao people’s herbal bath and we were set up to take it in their spa treatment rooms which was nice, clean and private. This definitely beats the options on the streets of Sa Pa which looks quite scary. Service was definitely not 5* and barely got the job done. For example, the hotel’s entrance area was very small and got packed with cars with no direction, coordination or help from hotel staff. I had to run to find the bellboys when we arrived and we got no help with our luggage. Even with the bellboy, he was quite clueless and we ended up just helping ourselves with the luggage and be as quick as we could to get out of the chao. Breakfast dishes were also not cleared out quick enough. When we mentioned these at checkout, the hotel was quite understanding and welcomed the feedback. We also definitely did not feel that anyone went above and beyond to serve guests. Staff looked tired and uninterested most of the time to be honest. Again, we could overlook the relatively bad service given that the hotel is in one of the most remote parts of Vietnam and it’ priced much lower than true international 5* options. We got what we paid for and was happy when we left. I hope the hotel and Sapa overall can improve on service.

Great experience with family. Staffs are very welcoming and helpful with good and true suggestions for our traveling. The hotel offers kid corner and warm pool to enjoy even in winter. The room and breakfast is not too fancy but in good quality, while it would be better if there is a bathtub in room.

Experience with KK Hotel in Sapa to see the great service of the staff in the hotel, fun and extremely friendly. Hotels Luxury clean good service, new interior and Everything is very good from the quality of the room and especially the room I stay in has a full view of Muong Hoa mountain here. KK had delicately set up the room full of roses and gave us more lovely cake. helping us have many choices for the daily schedule detail like traveling ,transport and guiding as well for visiting new place places. The hotel has a nice view, the room quality is nothing to criticize, the staff is enthusiastic and attentive, there is a hotel staff named Son Anh I am very impressed very wholeheartedly and ,Funny ,friendly nature, Professional front desk. The breakfast was delicious, have variety and best quality we had in Vietnam as well the restaurant eating on the first floor is delicious different experience . An enjoyable experience with KK SAPA Hotel, if I have a chance, There is a certain opportunity to come back. Thank KK for the best service and wish KK always develop and succeed

This is a hotel I like from the friendly reception - Ms. Hien. Clean, quiet, and the buffet breakfast isn't fancy, but good. An indoor pool where you can swimq even in cold weather. The water is also slightly warm. It is within 15 minutes walking distance from anywhere in the city. One thing I was disappointed with was the weather during my stay. It would have been better if it had been a sunny day.

The hotel is located in a great spot with excellent views of the surrounding hills and rice fields when the fog isn't hiding the view! But, I cannot hold the weather against the hotel. We happened to be there when not only this hotel, but apparently all of the hotels in Sapa were 100 percent full (the weekend after New Year). So, we were anticipating the hotel being overwhelmed and unable to cope. That was not correct at all. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Plus, the free ginger/lemongrass tea at reception was a huge bonus. The hotel has underground, covered parking which is not all that common in Sapa and was very great for us since we drove ourselves. The room was large and comfortable with great amenities. The bathroom was modern and had great water pressure and hot water. The beds were comfortable and had nice, heavy bedding which really helps me sleep. The balcony offered great views of the surrounding countryside and are a real highlight. The breakfast was really great with plenty of western and Vietnamese options. There were plenty of hot options too. We didn't eat any other meals in the hotel. The gym was very good with modern equipment and the heated pool was a nice touch. The hot tub/jet tub was broken when we arrived which was annoying because that was a key draw of the hotel...and the staff hadn't told us it was broken even though we'd asked about it. Alas.

We stayed three nights at this hotel and really like it: clean, good room with nice view, very good bed and bedding. The two most important items for me in a hotel room are towels and bed/bedding, and both are really good at this hotel. View is very nice from the window, we could see the mountains and how clouds ascend and descend from our bed. The hotel is located at the lower end of a road, walking to the town center is about 10 minutes uphill, across many restaurants and shops along the way, so we enjoyed walking to and from the town center everyday. Breakfast is generous and served with a good variety of foods. The restaurant at the lobby also serves good dinners. Our experience could have been better had the hotel invested a bit more into sound insulation for its doors, as sometimes when our neighbors were excited we could hear them clearly from the corridor. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at KK Sapa and would happily recommend it to everyone who wants to visit this picturesque town.

Hotel is situated on one of the main roads of Sapa city. Very convenient location overall. The hotel itself has everything you need. What I want to admit is the perfect service and really helpfull staff. The room is very nice and specious too, very suatabke if you travel with kids as a whole family as you can get the really big family room with 2 separate bedrooms and a hall. Food in a restaurant is quite tasty. Breakfast is cinvenient and enough. What us more the ratio of price you pay and what you receive is very good!

I stayed two nights in this hotel. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. I specially commend Ms Hien at the reception who went out of her way to help us. Restaurant staff Ms Mao was also exceptional. She suggested the local food, took time to explain whatever query we had. This is work beyond their call of duly - Kodos to Ms. Hien & Ms Mao
