Please don’t stay here. Don’t give this greedy, rude owner a single cent of your money. After 2 long days of trekking/staying in the mountains, we were looking forward to having a good night’s sleep night in the town center, but unfortunately we were treated so rudely, we decided to go elsewhere. We weren’t expecting much, we booked here because it was fairly cheap, and all we needed was a place to crash. Upon arrival, the boy at the desk didn’t look at us or speak to us, I think we interrupted his zombie computer game... alas, we were taken to a twin bed room despite the fact that we booked a dorm room online. We told him this, but he just walked away, perhaps he didn’t understand. We put our bags away and laid down for a while before leaving to walk around. The supposed manager stopped us and asked for our passports. He said we booked a dorm room, a different room than what we were in, and took away our key. We said yes, we know and showed him our booking. We asked him if we needed to move rooms, and he said no and gave back our key. (We were the only ones in the hotel so we thought we got lucky) After returning from dinner, we waved to them at the front desk and went to the room. We realized then just how dirty the place was. The shower was freezing cold and the floor was covered in dirt. The towels had brown spots, and one of the beds didn’t look like the sheets had been changed. ALAS!! We were happy to finally rest. As we were about to fall asleep just after 10pm, we got a knock at the door from the boy and the manager demanding more money for us to stay in the room. We explained that we asked him previously if he wanted us to move and that he said no. He laughed in our faces. He would not own up to their mistake and told us to pack up our things to move to the dorm. At this rate we were so disgusted with the state of the hotel, as well as the staff that we packed up and left the hotel completely at 10pm in the rain. We quickly found another, MUCH NICER place up the road and were greeted with smiles. I would confidently bet that because we didn’t actually stay the night in that room, that it won’t even be cleaned. I’m biased of course, but of all the places in Sapa, I’m almost positive this is the worst of them.

Do not stay here. The rooms has not been cleaned, bed extremely uncomfortable and dead bugs everywhere, the light in the bathroom did not work and there was no water sometimes so you couldn't wash. Had to buy our own water in some cases. Some much nice hotels / hostels. Avoid this one at all costs.

DO NOT stay at this hotel. had to chance rooms because the first one the bed had been not made and the TV did not work. the second room was clean. the heater would either be on high off so slepping was not very comfortable, and the shower did not work, didn't find this out this the next morning! I called front desk, the response was very rude and disconcern. no effort made to fix the situation.

An average hotel in Sapa with a creepy hallway. The staff were okay but they're not really accommodating and attentive to their guest. Our private room in 4th floor with two single beds was fine and the only thing we love in there was the blower. In addition to our disappointment, there's an AC leakage on our bathroom just right above the toilet bowl. You'll need an umbrella while sitting on the throne or take that unnecessary shower. By the way, the building only have stairs. If stairs are not a big deal to you, then this part would be no problem but consider other things. The location? Well, Sapa town was surely walking distance from here but it's way too far to walk back and forth. Think twice folks.

Booked a dormitory room but they have only room with two beds. If you are lucky you can share with other female but if you're very unlucky you will share it with a male stranger in one room. I didnt sleep at all. It made me very uncomfortable. The hotel is old, dark and spooky. They close very early so no one in the reception at night. But on the other hand it is a good deal price for the room and they also have free water in the reception. Plus they have free breakfast but coffee is not included. I cannot forget this place because this is where I lost my newly bought original underarmour black cap and Im 100 percent sure that I left it in the counter but the female receptionist denied and refused for me to review the cctv when I was asking for it. Arrrgh I can still remember her face clearly. Liar! Lesson learned be very very extra careful with your stuffs.
