Poor customer service with only basic facilities and limited heating or hot water. Staff were abrupt, dismissive and unhelpful with information. However the place is located in a good location in town. I would not recommend staying in this hotel.

The food was very nice (Pizza was my favourite and the bacon and egg breakfast) The whole family made me feel welcome! There are a few issues with it looking a bit dated... More

Hotel is old and rooms needs refurbishing. This hotel lacks maintenance. The staircase is dark at night because spoilt light bulbs are not replaced. Stairs leading to higher floors is narrow and without shelter as it is outside the premise. If it rains, one will get wet when going up to the rooms. Moreover the staircase is also slippery when...
