Regarding equipment I did not mention because this is not a big hotel. However, for me the sincerity and enthusiasm of the staff here makes me feel AMAZING. They serve with sincerity and warmth that is what professional hotels need. From the breakfast restaurant you can watch the beautiful Hoang Lien Son mountain. I will definitely come back when I have the opportunity to come to Sapa again
We booked this hotel via a travel agency. We had a warm welcome and had a good stay! After our Sapa walking tour, they offered us a a shower, what a service! Very kind personnel, nice stay, good view! Thank you for everything!
We stayed for 3nights with Friends travel. We ment to stay at homestays but i got ill. The stay at the hotel was great, the staff wonderful. Thanks again for the care. The hotel was in a good spot, easy stroll into Sapa town.
Dear hotel management, I would like to thank your hotel staff for their excellent attitude and service. They went above and beyond to serve us and make us feel welcomed. I would like to like to offer my most heartfelt thanks and would love to visit you again! Thanks Akash
When we first came, we knew we will get treated well. That one is not a prediction but a spoiler. Receptionist was very kind and provide a good service. We booked superior double room but they upgrade us to deluxe so we got the mountain view. The stay itself is very good, location is easy to reach from center either you walk or you go by taxi. Room was super clean when we came, bathroom was the best but the hot water not really strong. Breakfast was good and overall we are very satisfied with our stay. PS: This hotel also offer motorcycle rental and dont hesitate to asked for their assistances for buying fansipan tickets.
An excellent place to stay in Sapa. Helpful staff, clean rooms, close enough to the centre of town to feel like you’re in it, but just removed enough to feel peaceful. The beds were comfortable and they made early arrival (7AM from Hanoi) and late check out (730PM) not only easy, but free. This isn’t luxury, but really comfortable. Sapa was misty, but the views would have been absolutely spectacular. Would stay again.
I don't think I've been to a hotel where every single staff member has been so friendly. You walk in the door each time and it's like that are welcoming long lost family. The hotel is in an excellent location away from most of the building that's going on in Sapa. You have views from your room which are breathtaking. Value for money is through the roof and the food given to us while we were there was pretty good. I was there with my family of 2 teenage boys who slept in a separate room next door to us but felt completely comfortable about that.
The hotel is a little old and dated BUT the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff more than makes up for it. Trang, the receptionist/host is the happiest, friendliest and most accommodating person you are ever likely to come across. She will bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable. She is the sort of person you will remember for the rest of your life. The food is cooked by the family who run the hotel. The chef certainly knows his stuff. The breakfast, although not buffet style, has variety and is generous. The staff are continually asking if you would like more. We didn't finish most lunches and dinners, the servings were that big. The view from the hotel is superb. We are happy we chose Sapa Eden Hotel and, if we ever visit Sapa again, we will stay there again. …
Great room, good breakfast and the friendliest staff in Sapa. We were here for two nights. I got sick on my third day and they gave us a late checkout. Shower was hot, great water pressure and our view from the balcony was unbelievable. Thanks to Ms. Tran for being so amazing!
We visited Sapa to discover the ricefields, the local culture and Vietnam's highest mountain Fansipan. The area is perfect for hiking and being outdoors. We stayed 4 days in Sapa of which two were unfortunately covered in fog. The hotel is set on a hillside with a wonderful valley view and view on Fansipan mountain (provided there are no clouds). The staff is friendly and helpful. On our day of check-out the lady of the hotel advised us to keep our room for half a day more for only 10 USD extra. As it was pouring with rain, we gladly accepted the offer. Our room was fine, had a comfortable bed and a great view. The hotel also provides mini-bus transportation to/from the trainstation for just 3USD per person. One warning: be careful with hot water in the shower. It is really hot. …
