Hi, First of all - prepare to find the hotel as it is not too easy to find it. The hotel is OK. For the price they offer, you have everything. We visited Sapa in January, so the days were warm, but nights quite cold. So the room was very cold. Once you are ready for that - you will...

I just don't have an idea, why people are trying to run a business when the don't know how to do it... Family who run this "hotel" doesn't speak English very well. The whole building was dark as no lights were used, just those necessary on stairs. Our room was cold, wet and a bit threadbare. The bathroom (toilet included...

Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the crowded main areas. Clean and tidy room with a pleasant and very helpful owner/manager with good English. I had a large room with balcony facing the town and valley with great views, huge bed and large typical bathroom with no shower curtain or door but bonus of a western style...

If you are a budget traveller. This is it. We got the best price for all our tours booked through the owner. I still remember that night on our return journey from Mt Fansipan, after 14 hrs of exhausting trekking, there he was outside of his hotel, appearing before us when our van arrived to check all the 4 of...

The staff was very accomadating with anything they could help me with such as the owner getting me train tickets, arranging a tour etc... That part was fine. They have a menu at the front door but no restraunt, they do make you breakfast though. The rooms were very swampy smelling, couldn't put my finger on it till the last...

I had a room with a balcony and a wonderful view. The beds were large and comfortable and there were two chairs, a small table and a large wardrobe. The hotel provided excellent assistance in getting from the station in Lao Cai to Sa Pa and back and also arranges local tours and treks. The staff are very willing but...

We chose this hotel based on the suggestion it had good views and flexible check in times, which worked well for us. Unfortunately the town was so foggy that we couldn't see anything from our room, so it is hard say whether it delivered on that front. For the price the room was fine butyou are likely to find better....

What can I say?? This family run hotel was so dirty. Damp walls, blood splattered on wall above my bed! The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years and a family that just were totally not interested. Do yourself a favour, don't stay!

even for the cheap price you should get more. We had heard not to expect much from accomodation in the far north so our expectations where not crushed too much on arrival. The room was a decent size but it needed a really good clean (and this would not happen during our stay) because of the altitude all the outside...

“Take room with the view for the valley. The room was on the 1st floor. How to find hotel. Once you arrive, the square is on your right and entry to market is on your left (bank and ATM are behind you on your right), please go straight on. Go up the stairs and to the left. After about 100-200 metres you will find the hotel on your left.”
