We are on a 18 day tour thru Vietnam and Angkor wat. Everything has been lovely except this hotel. It is dark and dirty and cold. The staff are indifferent. There is barely enough hot water for 2 people to take a very short shower. We were placed on the 5th floor with no elevator. A rat ran across our path in the hallway. The electricity went out in sapa and there is no backup. The staff were not very helpful. We did not see the view due to the thick fog. I would recommend spending a little more money on accommodations in Sapa.
So much fun going to the market and picking fresh food with locals! Very hands on and you can get get really stuck in! The chef was really lovely as was the lovely guide. Really great atmosphere and the food was delicious!
I especially like the decor restaurant and food here. Everything is perfect, meticulous and luxurious. I had a delicious and memorable Christmas dinner ❤️ If I have the opportunity to return to Sapa, this hotel will definitely be my first choice 😊
Although I booked the room for 3 nights and not yet check out but I must write something for this great boutique hotel. The staff was great, friendly and helpful. Location is good, just 5 minutes by walk to Sapa Station, Notre Dame Cathedral, Love Market Sapa and you can trek from hotel to Cat Cat Village easily. The room is not perfect but can be acceptable with the good price. Besides, the hotel has a really nice restaurant serving pizza. You can find a great mountain view at the back side of the hotel. i would like to recommend this hotel for all you guys who intend to to visit Sapa.
When we did the cooking class there were only two of us so it was basically private. We selected one appetiser and two main courses to make, and then we were taken to the market to buy ingredients with a really nice lady from one of the local villages. The kitchen is very clean and all the staff are really helpful. The restaurant also has an excellent wine selection.
Must try their home made pizza ! Nice scenery with delicious pizza really best ! Besides, their services are excellent and friendly too. Me and my family have a good time here. We will come here again!
After a week of Vietnamese food we enjoyed a great pizza tonight. Our waitress, May, was super friendly and her service was fast and friendly. I can definitely recommend the restaurant which has a great location.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Our room on the first floor was was clean with a double bed which was very hard... all linen and towels were clean. Usual amenities in room such as tea, coffee, table and chair. TV. No safe. Bathroom was tidy. Staff were very helpful especially the girl who checked us in... sorry can’t remember her name.. she spoke very good English and organised a trek through the villages for us the next day.. which was excellent. The other staff were very willing to help even though their English was non existent which made for some funny situations... thank god for translation apps. 😁 Overall a pleasant stay however due to bed comfort would not have wanted to stay any longer then 2 nights. Good value for the price we paid.
We only stayed one night in Sapa, but were very warmly greeted and very well treated. The hotel is lovely and charming, well decorated and clean. The room was spacious, had an extensive choice of TV channels, and the bathroom was clean. The staff and service was definitely our favourite part of our stay there. We were greeted in the afternoon by the owners’ kids, who are just adorable and so polite. They spoke good English and are very professional for such young kids! We also had dinner there, and had the most delicious grilled sizzling veggies and pizza. Very satisfying!
