I have stayed in this hotel for 1 night on 5 Sep and it was great. I booked the Standard room through Agoda and when I arrived at the hotel, the owner of the hotel decided to give us a special treat - a free upgrade to the King Suite room with balcony. How lucky I am and how hospitable he is. The suit room was very large with a living room, a balcony, bedroom and bathroom. All are clean and neat - an ideal option for a family of 3 The living room had a very nice and comfortable sofa where your child can laze on the this and watch the TV (connected with internet), indeed, it gives your family more space to do whatever you want. The bathroom was nice with bathtub and separated standing shower. It's good because sometimes, it would be quite cramped and slippery if the standing shower is located inside the bathtub. The only minus was that we had to wait for around 10 - 15' to get the hot water. The bed was large and comfortable. This room was great, the furniture looked still good! And specially, the owner of the hotel was awesome, he was very helpful, attentive and hospitable. When you come to the hotel and need any assist, do not hesitate to contact him because he is very supportive! P/s: we didn't book the room without breakfast so we didn't have the chance to try the breakfast at the hotel but on overall, the prices of the room are valuable and worth staying.…
We stayed only one night, but we liked it! Emma from the reception was a pearl, she was very kind and welcoming! The food was good and fresh! If you like a very good service, choose this hotel, you will not regret!
The receptionist who were there on the 15or 16 evening (maybe emma) who helped me much with my food alergy. She helped me to translate in vietnamese and made sure they were not in any of the breakfeast buffet (wich is at 100000 and quith worth the trip if u are a fan of bacon as i am!)
We absolutely loved this place. Location is great with a nice balcony views very close to the tourist centre if you need arranging any trekking trips. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.Staff was very attentive and helpful with arranging everything we needed and provided valuable recommendations. Special thanks to Emma who sorted out our transport and was one of the nicest people we have encountered in Vietnam. Very professional and lovely. Highly recommend!
From the beginning till the end, I felt warmth hospitality served by Cee and the team. We arrived early morning from a sleeper bus and we were freezing. He was attentive in offering us to warm ourselves with their breakfast options in their restaurant. I'd admit their pho is good as recommended. We booked the family room so it is a huge huge room for a standard 3* Vietnam hotel but there was some feedback on the room that was quickly amended with another room change. Be prepared for lots of walking around Sapa Town and also the hotel as there is no lift but no complaints for me as the staircase was quick despite we stayed on 3rd floor. Liked the fact that it is only 5-10 mins away from town, station and pretty much accessible everywhere on foot and the hotel has a nice touch of soft jazz playing at the background of the hotel. They even went above with our request to help wash our shoes as they were rotten from our village trekking.. 50k Dong per pair and they return it to you first thing in the AM before the start of a new day. 🌞 Room was basic but fulfilling with fast speed Internet where you can stream YouTube. Room can be a little cold at night and the air conds somewhat went on "reset" mode each time we came back to the room. It was a happy and fun stay due to the team in Lacasa Hotel. May not recommend the massage as it was mediocre for foot massage and maybe its a thing here that the masseuses tend to talk very loudly with each other during masssage but all in all had been a pleasant stay. …
I arrived in Sapa with a pre-booked room in other hotel. Unfortunately, due to unexpected conditions of that hotel, we decided to find out for other lodging. Lacasa Hotel located bit on the upper side, if you are walking, it takes about 5-10mins from the Sapa main area. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff along with nice hot tea. We were offered for a suite room with a very good deal, stayed there for 2 nights. The breakfast was good, since we are the Muslim traveller, the staff was really helpful in ensuring we are feed with the Halal food. i.e. they provide salad, boiled eggs, fruits, bread. The minor thing we would like to highlight is the water temperature was sometime uneven, so you need to be alert about it. To Miss Emma, Cee & the rest of the Lacasa crew, thank you for your great hospitality. Surely to come back here again.…
A lovely warm, welcoming and clean hotel; great value for money with a good breakfast. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive; of particular note though was Emma Thao (OTA Sales department). Despite arriving several hours before the official check-in time, as a room was available I was allowed to check-in straight away. Highly recommended!
Excellent reception on arrival from Emma. Room was basic and cold but putting temperature down to time of year. Rooms cleaned everyday and again at check out, Emma was very helpful in organising our transport from the hotel and asked if we enjoyed our stay!
Would like to complement the owners of Lacasa hotel for a wonderful stay and great service from all the staff. I have enjoyed my stay with Lacasa with a comfortable bed with great down comforter along with an excellent hot shower with two shower heads . Breakfast comes as a buffet with ample choices for all. Very competitive room rate for all of the amenities and location of the hotel , offered to their guests . 👍highly recommend
The hotel is in the town centre, so it is near many eateries, sapa train station, motorcycle rentals, convenience stores and massage palours. The room is clean and spacious. However, there is no lift in the hotel, so be prepared to carry your baggages up the stairs (or the staff can help). We reached the hotel early since we took the overnight sleeper train. The hotel staff provided towels so that we could shower at the level one toilets. I don't think the hotel has a mini bus service from Lao Cai station to the hotel neither does it arrange transport for you too. So you would need to find your own transport to the hotel. Do negotiate the price as the drivers tend to overcharge by a lot.
