We were very happy with the hotel the manager was very helpful we were booked on here by your organisation from Hanoi leaving us with no information about meals the manager was really great he organised our meals and they were delicious. The room was quite large very clean, bed was comfortable and staff very helpful ,
My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights while we explored Sapa and did some trekking in the surrounding countryside. It is in the perfect location as it is only a 5 minute walk to the town centre where the restaurants, cafes and shops are. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable with a king size bed, ensuite bedroom, balcony overlooking the mountains, minibar, free bottled water, free toiletries and a large TV. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and could not do enough for us to make our stay more comfortable. If you are heading to Sapa then I would highly recommend this hotel to base yourself.
Very good hotel the hotel owner is very kind and honest , help us for all we need!!! Hot water minibar, good breakfast Beautiful view ,big and clean room Good location in the center sapa town Recommend! A very good experience
The hotel is definitely not new, as someone mentioned earlier. Some things need maintenance, the curtains had some mold. The bedsheets were not too clean (looks like they use an old washing machine or hand wash), but we got new ones when we told them about it. However, their customer service and the food is really good so that makes up for it. Don't expect luxury, but for Vietnamese standards it was pretty good. If you want to book a trekking, ask if they can call Quynh for you at the reception desk and book directly with her. She is a local Red Zao woman who speaks good English and gave us a unique experience on a trekking through the rice fields to her village (included 1 night in a homestay in Ta Van). It's totally worth the time (and effort:)!!
We booked combo that included the room rate for 2 nights, round- trip bus ticket from Hà Nội and taxi from bus station to hotel (1km) as well. The price was so reasonable. After spending 2 wonderful nights at Room 305, we found the Sapa Beautiful Boutique an absolute delight. This hotel is situated near the city center. Walking distance to tourist destinations like Sapa Station, the Church.,, When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with kindness by Mr .Dat. He arranged another room for us to take a rest in the early morning as our room was not available at that moment . We would highly appreciated. Our Room (305) is exactly as shown on the pictures. It’s fantastic with Mountain View. The facilities were new and clean. Special compliment to Mr Nguyen who made it all happen for us. I advise you guys who are planning for sapa trip should contact Mr Nguyen via Hotel’s Facebook Account for more further information. During our stay, he would kind enough to give us some recommendations. It made our trip much smoother. The staff were overall very friendly. Thank you for all. I will definitely recommend this hotel 👍🏻👍🏻…
I have experience with my wife in Sapa. I like this Beautiful Sapa Boutique Hotel, we has room private with balcony, my wife very like this room. The staff of the hotel was friendly, they helped me rent a car and directions to discover places in Sapa.
My husband and I had a nice trip in Sapa and this hotel made us feeling as at home. It's clean , safe, comfortable and very convenient with restaurant, coffee shop and bar there. We choosed a nice room with nice view to see mountain around and really enjoyed fresh air . We will come back again
The Beautiful Sapa Hotel is perched high above the town centre, with stunning views over the valley. The food is very good and the staff wonderful. The beds are comfortable and the rooms were clean and spacious, our balcony gave us the opportunity to sit out and watch the township below.
My family and I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and we were all impressed by the rooms, the service, and the hospitality of the staff. Our rooms were all upgraded and each has a balcony that offers stunning views of the mountains and the city. The beds are comfortable and the whole room plus the toilet are clean and tidy. The staff of the hotel are also very accommodating and the food they offer in their restaurant / dining area is cheap and delicious. The hotel is a few meters away from the town center so it isn't in a very crowded and noisy area. I highly recommend this hotel to those who want to go on a holiday in Sapa. I also find the prices/value of the rooms quite cheap.
