We was there on the 20th -21st Dec. Drizzling 😢. But we love the cool weather and the hotel front desk crews was very helpful. English speaking. Room was clean and spacious. Very satisfied. Enjoy the BBQ. Enjoy the track and enjoyed a day at sapa.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal hilfsbereit. Wlan hat überall gut funktioniert und die Preis/Leistung stimmt hier auch. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Stadt wo unzählige Restaurants zu finden sind. Frühstück ist gut, allerdings morgens nur von 7:00 - 8:45. Würden hier jederzeit wieder übernachten.

Rooms are really nice, although bedding wasn’t very clean. Nice bathroom. But rooms are extremely noisy. You hear like everyone all the time, kids screaming at 23:00, parents screaming even louder, hammering noises from two floors below, it’s awful, you can’t sleep at all. You can even hear someone tipping on his phone in the room next to you. It’s disgusting. Breakfast is from 07:00-08:45. That’s the worst time we experienced in whole Vietnam. Went for breakfast at 08:00 and there was nothing left than rice with vegetables and noodles with vegetables, which is okay, but both of them were cold. There was also toast, but no topping at all. Regarding that downsides the price is too high. I got some discounts and paid like 20$ a night, but I wouldn’t even consider paying anything more. …

We stayed at mountain queen hotel through a tour of sapa, we only stayed one night but it was the nicest hotel we have stayed in Vietnam. The staff are very nice, the hotel is very clean and comfortable, they have plenty of food for you to enjoy. We stayed in a double room which had a lovely shower, nice TV to watch movies and the bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for people staying in sapa.

The hotel is within walking distance from downtown, and the area is not surrounded by heavy traffic. The staffs here are friendly, with excellent service. Even if you don't stay at the hotel, you could still have a quick shower here (by paying a small fee). This is definitely a plus point :)

-Great location with less than 5min walk to city center where u can find tour agencies, bus service center n eateries. -Tour desk is available at hotel -Breakfast n breakfast area needs to be improved. Area was too cold during winter with no heating service. -Room ran out of hot water during shower. - hotel owner is extremely friendly n helpful - room is big n spacious with good heating service

The tour arranged for us to have breakfast after we reached Sa Pa by train early in the morning. The breakfast buffet spread was simple and decent. The hotel was nice to safe keep our luggages while we go trekking and do a home stay in the village. The next day, we went back for a delicious lunch. The hotel staff was nice to translate with our driver for our day trip to Fanispan. Overall is a nice place to have our rear and meals.

Had a wonderful stay, the staff including Selena is extremely friendly and accommodating. I didn't even have a reservation but they were able to find a room for me. The location is great, near the center of town. Plenary of restaurants nearby with great food and also many cafes. Rooms are clean, beds are massive. Rooms have great amenities as well!
