I saw this hotel on booking with high evaluated. I voted for the hotel is the location near the center & the hospitality of staff. But the rest is hell. They give us the rag towel. The soundproof is bad. I can hear the noise outside the hotel. I never book this hotel again or any hotel locate at 18 Fansipan sapa
Our room was incredibly damp. Not just Sapa humid damp, but condensation on the windows and clothing feels wet damp. It also smelled like sewage which I think was coming from the bathroom drain. The place looked modern, but the walls were pretty dingy and dirty. The staff were not really friendly and seemed irritated when I wanted to pay with credit card.
Fantastic clean hotel in the center of Sapa. The place is easy to find and the staff are wonderful. They have a couple of restaurants that are good. A little pricey at times but then all of Sapa is a bit over priced. The service levels are really good and the staff are most helpful. You can organise buses, motor bike hire, guided trips and most other things from here.
We found this restaurant when we were on our way back to Cosiana Hotel. We entered the restaurant and found that this restaurant served halal food. We first ordered fried spring rolls and Tuna Salad, and we requested extra bread, so that we can eat with Tuna Salad. It tastes good as the vegetables, i.e cucumber, tomatoes are fresh. I ordered a coffee with condensed milk, and the coffee is so thick that I added hot water to dilute the coffee. Overall I like Vietnam coffee. We went to this restaurant again for our lunch and we ordered fried rice and fried spring rolls. We quite like it. I will recommend this restaurant to Muslim travellers.
Staff are incredible. Very helpful and fantastic massages on all 4 occasions. the best prices also that i found within Sapa, specially for such a nice establishment. Very clean, colourful and comfortable. Highly recommend
I can’t judge the hotel, as we are staying somewhere else, but we did have lunch in the restaurant, which I can’t find on the Trip Advisor site. It looks nice, modern and clean, that’s what attracted us to it. Not many people, food reasonably priced and didn’t have to wait too long. We had fried rice and it was really nice. Staff seemed disinterested and we had to call out a few times for cutlery, more drinks and the bill.
One of the best meals we have had in Vietnam. Pho, Nem & fried rice. All amazing! The staff were very friendly and also have excellent English so they are very easy to understand. Makes it very easy! Highly Recommend!
The Hotel was booked by a local Travel agent and turned out to be an excellent choice. Our room was neat and clean. Non functioning lights were replaced by helpful staff. Breakfast Choice’s available. We also had very tasty dinner at the hotel. Location very close to the center.
With the firmness of the staff, outstanding services and the delicious food served here, Sapa has opened its arms to travellers who stayed in this hotel. The view is very nice and safe to say it's located in a more "calm" area of Sapa
We stayed here as part of the package with our 2 day hiking tour! The hotel was clean and comfortable. The bed was lovely and spacious ( just what we needed after a sleeper train). You are given a bathrobe and the bathroom is a nice size. Now, I don’t want to scare anyone, yoy are able to hear a lot of things in this hotels, animals running around, etc ( you are in the mountains so you can make an exception) You can walk to bars and restaurants easily from this place, and also can walk into the main square of Sa Pa! Breakfast was satisfactory, your standard soups and their take on English breakfast! Over all I would highly recommend this hotel!
