The rooms are very damp and mouldy. The bed linen was stained and dirty. The beds are extremely hard - you would be more comfortable on the tile floors! There is zero give in the mattresses at all and my back is incredibly sore as a result. Absolutely NONE of the staff speak English and we were unable to ask any questions about what to see, where to go or even a place to eat. The 2 people on reception throughout our stay were 2 young girls, one of whom was about 15 and they did not seem to know what they were doing. The TV does not work at all, there is no iron in the room, this hotel does not serve breakfast. There is no hot tub, no babysitting service, no personal trainer - the list of false claims goes on... We have to agree completely with the review by Laura J. We cannot recommend this hotel at all.

The staff here were very friendly and helpful and let me check in early when I arrived and it’s in a good central location. I was given an upgrade to a bigger room on check in. However the room I was upgraded to was not very nice! The sheets were dirty with food stains, mould and water marks on them and the bin had not been emptied and was full with food waste from the last guest. When I flagged this to reception they emptied the bin and changed some of the sheets but not all of them and some of the replacements had large mould stains on. The walls were covered in damp and mould which they had clearly tried to remove. The bathroom was soaking wet when I arrived and didn’t really dry during my stay. I also think there was woodworm in the furniture as there were bug noises almost constantly throughout my stay but no signs of bugs and the wooden furniture had lots of small holes in. Glad I only booked two nights!
