We stayed at the hotel for just 8$ for double room. The staff were very nice and we had great shower (hot water all day). But i would not recommended this hotel because the sheets were dirty and there were a lot of cockroaches in the room. In my opinion - clean room is the minimum that even budget hotel should give.

This hotel is in the best street of Sapa (according to us) and has a nice view. The reception was very nice and the breakfast was delicious. We booked a three-day hiking tour with this hotel, which only costed $60 dollars, even though everything was arranged perfectly. This hiking tour was one of our best experiences: beautiful rice fields, impressive mountains and nice villages.

The room was dirty, the bed also dirty with blood mark on it. The charge is high 17$, but when I checked out, the owner over charge 7$, she said because check out time after 10 AM. I said I don't know and she said that's the regulations. Finally she overcharged me 5$. With 5$ I can rent a dorm for whole day. The furniture is old, the room had mosquitos, bees, butterflies and I have to ask for change another room.

Stayed here two nights and would definitely recommend this place if you are on a budget. It's the cheapest I could find and everything was decent and good. The room was clean, the staff were really nice and smiled a lot. I stayed on the 5th floor so not too much noise from the street. Even had my laundry done, its was really quick.

We were looking for a hotel at 8 in the morning all exhausted after taken the night train from Hanoi. We were approached and offered accomodation in the queen hotel for $10 double room. it is true that the room needs refurbishment but it was worth it for the price paid. Had a couple of meals there and food was really tasty although there are cheaper options around the street. The receptionist was extremely helpful and very friendly, organised our bus back to Hanoi in short notice. All in all great hotel for budget travellers.
