This hotel is located in downtown sapa the rooms are plain but very comfortable. The staff at the hotel were excellent and friendly. The hotel is located close to everything I would recomend this place to anyone treavellng to sapa.

The hotel itself is very cozy and filled with beautiful artwork. The location is very central and there are plenty of good eats nearby. The rooms have a more traditional feel and are well maintained. The beds are comfortable and the sheets were soft. The staff are fantastic and friendly. A work party had broken out on our floor and was making a ruckus, but the owner was very quick to show up and quiet them. He then personally apologized for their disturbance in the morning and helped us make sure we were set for the rest our journey. We had missed our bus to Lau Cai, so he called us a cab and ensured to find us a comfortable vehicle with a reputable driver. I highly recommend this hotel as the owner is local, and cares about his business and guests. He can often be seen in the hotel checking on guests and saying hello. We felt like we were visiting friends. I'll be staying here on my next visit to Sapa! …

I was visiting Sapa for 4 days with my mom and her friends (5 people, 2 rooms). My brother recommend Q Sapa to me that's the great recommendation! This hotel is very good with the awesome location (next to Sapa lake). The most important thing is the staff were very friendly they willing to help, you can ask for a suggestion every time you want and they can set the tour plan for you as well. Mr. Thang, the owner, is very kind and helpful. I really recommend this hotel. Go for it peeps!

Boutique hotel one block from the town lake and within walking distance of Sapa's central square. Nice view of the lake from the hotel's higher floors. Beautifully decorated, well designed, and clean room. Courteous and friendly staff. Very good breakfast and choices of dishes for other meals. I recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for four nights and it was very luxurious. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The location was brilliant and it was a very short walk to get to the town centre. The manager Han helped us with the transportation for our next destination and made sure everything went to plan for us. Exceptionally reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

Although we had checked out in this hotel at 8 a. m,the staff still treat us well with smile after we came back from our trekking in Sapa at 2p.m.They provide us towels to clean ourselves in the lobby bathroom and our muddy shoes! Mr Ly told us nicely to clean our muddy shoes outside their kitchen and the counter specky girl provided us four towels with smiling face! These warmth our ♥ when we are indeed needed 😣 😥. Hope yr business growth with a good team of staff to support you. 🙏

Mr Ly makes our stay at Sapa so memorable. We felt so at home as he’s always inviting us to join him enjoying his tea. We had a very good hotpot meal on site based on his recommendation and truly enjoyed ourselves. Location is also very convenient.
