The staff were all amazing. There was however one key downside. It had an ongoing construction just beside it. You wouldn't believe it - we had a room with balcony facing the slopes and right up till 11.15 PM. There were cement mixer passing through the road right in front of us. Frank sharing, there are quite number of other hotels in Sapa which have good views of the slopes and terraces; You just need check them out on the web. The amounts of construction taking place in Sapa town right now is astonishing, as though there is super duper pent-up demand for hotel accommodation. Not recommend!
We really enjoyed this economical hotel and the staff was very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Centrally locates, easy walking distance in town. Would recommend it and would definitely stay there again!
Staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. We only stayed one night and had an early departure, the manager was working on the morning of our departure and breakfast was made for us even though we left before breakfast service. Our laundry was cleaned, dried and folded. Would recommend. Was a great place with rest staff.
1) Sapa snow hotel stated in booking.com comes with Air Conditioning but please take note is the weather alike air conditioning doesn’t mean that room comes with air cond. It comes with stand fan. 2) Breakfast list is nicely stated but limited with 1 instant noodles with 1 instant drink. 3) The hotel stated 7am serve breakfast but given reason breakout and no breakfast is serve. You may go through long time arguement then they only serve you otherwise they will give you an excuse breakout and cannot cook breakfast. It’s totally bullsxxt. 4) The mattress is a bit hard. If your back need strong support, this is the best hotel. This is individual preference only. 5) Please take note hidden charges will be impose 3% if you pay credit card. 6) If you don’t believe you can try it out. Good luck...…
I stayed at the sapa snow hotel with 3 friends in September 2018 and the hotels rooms were very clean and cheap. They were also very accommodating with our requests and helped us around the city with food, activities and helpful hints. Would definitely stay here again.
I stayed for two nights with my boyfriend and we were really happy to leave our room. I don’t know About the other rooms but ours smelled really bad like mouldand did not have a real window. The shower did not have a curtain. The room service was not there to change the towels. Breakfast was not the best either... it was really difficult to communicate with the staff since they rarely spoke English (only one small guy was really Nice but we only met him twice). At 6AM in the morning a group of other guest were playing loud music and dancing on the floor... they only stopped because we told them to do so... The only nice thing was that they let us enter the room a few hours earlier since we arrived early in the Morning with the night train and my Boyfriend did not feel really good - we really appreciated that. But we really do not Recommend this hotel.…
Very much enjoyed our stay here. Very clean hotel and attentive staff. On our departure they got up to at 6am to make breakfast for us to which we were very grateful. Only downside was on our departure we asked them to organise a taxi to the bus station because of the weather. It’s only a six minute walk but because of the rain we thought it more convenient to stay dry. The taxi cost us 200,000 VND. We were totally ripped off. Would recommend the hotel but beware of the taxi fare.
Our family come from Quảng Ninh Province and stayed at the hotel one night, everything was great, full service if you ask them. The center is not far if you want to walk. Highly recommended for a good hotel for everyone
We stayed a week in SaPa at Snow Hotel and had a great time. Most employees speak very good english and they gave us awesome tips to discover the city and its surroundings. The room is very clean, and spacious. Definitely worth every penny.
My first breakfast in Sapa Snow Hotel was good, the restaurant is clean and so is the kitchen. Our program for 3days trekking recommended by Mr Quan was most satisfactory, we had enough time to rest and relax after the hours of walk. Food arrranged by the hotel was delicious, we ate different recipes throughout our meals (lunch/dinner). Mr Quan also go all the way to book for a limousine to take us from Hanoi to TamCoc. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is coming to Sapa.
