The rooms are very nice albeit a bit noisy if you are located towards the road side. Food wise you get a buffet in the morning and a la carte for lunch and dinner. The food from the menu is very very good, we can wholeheartedly recommend the spring rolls and the honey duck (local duck). The buffet is good (the fried rice is amazing) but not as good as the menu. Next to the normal rooms (with shower and toilet) they also have a common bathroom with showers and toilet for travellers that arrive early when rooms are not yet done. Staff is very friendly and helpful but with Corona around wearing masks most of the time, which is totally understandable. Loved it!
Amazing experience!!! One of the best hotels i've stay! We are the couple stay in the room 410. I've booked a honey moon option, and the view was amazing! We got a room with fully glass, with the view to the mountain, below is Muong Hoa valley, things just melted away.. Breakfast was nice, the Pho noodle is my best option. Room was clean, and staff was so helpful. Special thanks to the man at reception, couldn't remember his name sorry mate, he was so charming and well welcomed. And the man served our breakfast was so nice!! Thanks a lot y'all!! Lastly, thank y'all for everything that you've done for us. Hopefully we will have another change to stay in here again! Stay safe and remember to mask on guys. Wish yall the best.
Decent hotel, very basic. Lovely views of the mountains and within walking distance to the town of Sapa which is really lovely. The food at the hotel was lovely and the stall were very nice and accommodating.
The view from this hotel is utterly breathtaking. We couldn’t stop staring at it from our balcony! Although when the weather fogs up you will see nothing. Just a sheet of white cloud and mist. We were really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff are fantastic and extremely hospitable. The food is ok. The buffet breakfast was initially exciting. We chose to carb-load on pasta and some western dinners ahead of our trekking but these dishes weren’t great. The restaurant is glass fronted and gets quite cold when the weather turns, so be prepared with extra layers for dinner. The shower didn’t close perfectly so we soaked the bathroom and the water ran either very hot or cold. But other than that; four points for hospitality, cleanliness and location.
Responsible and friendly hotel staff especially the duty manager. I blackout during our trekking and was assisted back to the hotel by some kind soul. Upon arriving back at the hotel, the manager immediately helped me back to our room and made a glass of hot ginger tea and kept monitoring to ensure my well being. Much appreciate the hotel staff and especially the male duty manager
I would give this hotel 6 out of 5 stars for service. The staff would go out of their way to help you which is a necessary convenience in Sapa. We had a great time. The food at the hotel is one of the best in Sapa and reasonably priced. The massage service and the hotel’s store are excellent. The price of massage is very good. The hotel is not overcharging you like other places. Essentially honest and reliable service. One of our rooms, even though clean, has cigarette smell, typical of Vietnamese hotels. But the other 5 rooms were clean and very comfortable. I would definitely go back there.
Everything was good. Nice and friendly stuff, good food, fair prices. The manager of the Hotel is interested in your opinion and things to improve and very symphatic. Only the air conditioner should get hot on cold days. :-) our room had the promised beautiful view on the mountains.
Amazing view from our room, cleaned and comfort bed. Hotel's staffs was very friemdly, good service and helpful. The food was tastes , especialy brackfast had many choice. I realy enjoying and highly recommendation.
Good place to unwind. Staff were very prompt in their response to our requests. Food at the dining place were excellent. Vegetables were fresh, meat dishes were delicious. Had many contented meals with fussy eating teenagers.
I highly recommend this property as an opinion to book for accommodation in Sapa. It’s a close walk to explore around with local shops restaurants, cafes and sky train access. Rooms are well kept, cleaned and spacey, the staff are very friendly and polite and the Hotel Manager is exceptional helpful in a professional manner. And you would definitely like their breakfast buffet👍 I Would definitely return one day to Sapa Vista Hotel.
