It has a bed, a bathroom, a fan (no airco), warm water, a mini TV and some electricity sockets that work if you plug in your device in a specific angle. Bring earplugs, really: the fan alone can keep godzilla awake. This is the real Vietnam treatment. Not the friendliest service.

The rooms are dated, simple, a bit dusty, but overall fine for a few nights. The staff are hit and miss depending on who you get. English levels vary. Breakfast was bread and eggs of some form, as usual in Vietnam. Very centrally located to get round everywhere.

This hotel is probably one of the budget options in Chau Doc so don't expect too much. Although it's a bit run down it's a good place to stay for one or two nights. The cheapest room didn't have a window so I decided to pay little extra and got a nice room with a balcony. Have seen places which...

Arrived here by walking from the dock, after taking the speedboat from Phnom Penh. The room is not exactly sparkling clean, and quite hot due to a fairly poorly located fan. Polyester bed sheets are mind-bogglingly bad: who came up with that idea?! However, for $10 a night we got two double beds, TV, fridge, hot water and a shared...

We stayed here for two nights as we could not get a connecting bus to Ha Tien. The rooms were clean and decent bathrooms. There was a TV in the room but the plug was broken. The restaurant had some good choices at reasonable price, overall it was a pleasant stay. The location is great, with all amenities very close...

Staff here were very friendly and helpful. We were part of a large group. They were very accommodating. The location is very central, one street away from the local markets, plus there is quite a few decent eating places within walking distance. For budget accommodation on your way to somewhere else it was very adequate.

We stayed one night during Mekong Delta -tour, but never again. Street-side-room was quite clean with out-off-date furnitures and one sheet to lie on, poor bathroom. Breakfast-menu was normal, but omelet was not cooked well and juice was finished. Breakfast service was slow. We can recommend in emergency for very short stay.

Clean and spacious room with fan and AC. Beds were big and good. The hot shower didn't work but it was so hot that we didn't mind the cold water. Only one person from the staff speaks good English, but she's usually not there. With the rest it was rather difficult to communicate. They were friendly and helpful though. Breakfast...

Compared to other places that we stayed in this price range we were really pleased with our very clean, large room with two double beds, hot shower and air-con ($10 per night). The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Not only did the owner speak perfect English but she was full of advice on where to eat (happy to recommend...
