This place was nice enough but the pictures showing beach front views on booking.com are non existent To say this is luxury accommodation is definitely not accurate. They had a 2pm check in time but couldn't make that and we had to wait for half an hour for our room to be ready. the room was nice enough and had good facilities, the giant bath would have been better if there was enough hot water to fill it the private pool was very cold as it sees no sun. the main pool was a bit better but not by much. the area it is located is very smelly, it is close to lots of nice cafes.

This spot is is very comfortable place to stay well located and very modern in style. If your looking for a bit of old fashioned Bali this is not the style of place to stay . I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and the price reasonable .

Myself, my husband and young children booked the junior penthouse suite and it was terrible. The couch had a bed sheet over the top (did not want to know what was under there). The floor and walls was dirty. The kettle was broken and they just fixed it with sticking tape so didn’t stay fixed for long. Was ants all over the floor. Dead bugs near the window frames. You had to sit in the bath to get a shower since it wasn’t long enough. You had to sit on an angle to go to the toilet since there wasn’t any room for your legs. And the worst part was the noise from the water pumps above the bedroom so anyone that went to the toilet or showered it came on all night!! We had to sleep on the couch since it was so noisy. Also was right near the street. Ended up staying there the one night and didn’t get a refund for the other 4nights since the manager said there was nothing wrong with the room. We had to look for another accommodation with two young kids and it was busy everywhere. Would not recommend. Wish I read the previous reviews when I booked.…

NEVER STAY HERE!! What a disappointment! and utter disgrace of customer service! Made us pay in full apon check in. Stayed 1 night out of 7 booked. The room was nothing like the photos. The room was dirty, bed was hard, too much light at night through the basic blinds, aircon sounded like a rocket. So after a bad nights sleep, attempting to sleep with ear plus and eye patch, the bathroom flooded!! The bathroom had a mini shower over the bath, which you had to crouch down to get under - the water then came off your body and onto the floor, which proceeded to flood the bathroom, even had to stand in a puddle to go to the toilet. After attempting to discuss these problems with a man at reception, he said he couldn't do anything accept talk to "his boss" who was "out of town and uncountable"! and the policy was no refunds for bookings.... I asked for the bosses number who didn't answer my phone calls, who knows if it was even the right number! After getting no where we just forfeited the accommodation, we didn't want this disgrace of an accommodation to ruin our holiday in Canguu, we moved to lovely private villas down the road. It is very Deceiving, and disappointing when you pay for accommodation in full, and it doesn't meet promised expectations, feels like they are trying to rip people off!…

We checked into this resort, very poorly named. It was very hard to find, poorly signed & hidden behind a wrought iron gate covered by sheet metal. Not very inviting. Checkin is very basic, no porters or help to take luggage to your room. Our room was a two storey, hot box. Pool access, is for a very small pool, two bean bags for 4 apartments. When we checked into our room, it was extremely hot, air con was running flat out, not making any cooler. Two windows had blinds on them, not block out. The glass door to the balcony had no blinds. The adjacent bathroom had no blinds. So early morning sun would be beating in at 5.30am, no chance of a sleep in. The towels were very poor quality, very thin and hardly water absorbing. No side bed tables. The television in the bedroom was in a cupboard that was not able to be viewed, by one person. Hardly resort quality. We decided to go to lunch and return to see if it had cooled down. Gone for about 1 1/2 hrs, room temperature no change. We complained to the Day Manager, and received no help at all. Saying this is the best we can do. We checked out & asked for a refund, which was denied. The photos & descriptions of this appalling place are very misleading. I would not recommend this place to anybody. It would be better camping on the beach. …
