We had a great stay in this service apartment, with a good services, helpful staff and nice room. I was escorted to the room by Ms. Niar Guest Service Manager I'm sure I'll be back to this service apartment for my next visit and will recommend this to my relatives. They have a beautiful swimming pool at the rooftop which is we can see the seaview from the top. Two thumbs up for this property!

Stayed here for 2 nights, I must stay the room is beyond my expectation. Modern, simple and equipped with small kitchen area, a complete one. The finishing interior of the building is also a good one, made it looks modern and chic. The staffs are helpful & friendly. The location is very strategic. Only within walk to beach, shops and cafes. Recommended!

The most sought after places to stay in Canggu Bali. Strategically located, you enjoy the serenity yet amenities are within reach. It is an apartment hotel with full facilities and service. The beach is minutes walk away. It is pet friendly as well. The views from the infinity pool are stunning! The friendly staff makes your stay enjoyable too. I will be back again with my family.

Stay for 2 night in citadines was very amazing, the view from the roof top is also nice (in the evening). There are kitchenette, knife,spoon, fork. They have a good service and good wifi. They also located near berawa beach and also near to super market so no need to be worry anymore .

My family and I spent a restful Nyepi break at Citadines Berawa. The hotel is new and we love its location (near to Canggu eat place and stroll away to Berawa Beach). The hotel is pet friendly, they have a designated area for your dogs “to do their business” and walkies. Chewy and Cooper indeed have a blast during their PAWScation. Will be back for sure, and looking forward to visit their pet playground once it’s settled!
