Our group had five rooms, out of six. All were very nice, interestingly and pleasantly furnished. If you have only two people, get the Pioneer Suite if available. It's especially nice. Each room comes with a wide assortment of breakfast items with microwave, toaster oven and refrigerator. Most have balconies for the beautiful mountain view off the rear of the...

Loved the place. Beautifully decorated and very well-maintained. Relaxing last night spent in Alaska for our family vacation. Conveniently located and our hosts were very helpful speaking to us about the area attractions.

We just completed a 5 week tour of Alaska driving our van. Alaska's Harvest was the finest bed and breakfast that we stayed in. It is located several miles out of Palmer. We enjoyed eating on our balcony while enjoying the mountain view. The room was well supplied with breakfast treats and even milk and orange juice. The bed was...

Thank you! You are exactly the type of guests we all hope to host as lodging providers here in Alaska! When people will be staying IN YOUR HOME, not in your cabin or a hotel room you don't own, you DO care that they are respectful of your home and belongings. You were an absolute delight to host, I only...

I stayed here with my brother for one night driving from Seward to Denali. We stayed in the Bear's Den, it was off season so Collette had a continental breakfast set up in our room. We got to see her newborn Shetland sheep and explore the area which is beautiful. Collette was very friendly and seemed to genuinely care about...

We've visited the Hatcher Pass/Palmer area before and stayed in 3 different B&B's in the area. Alaska Harvest was a bit of heaven for us in that it was set upon a gorgeous piece of property with spectacular views of Pioneer Peak. We dined on Collette & Joe Hand's deck overlooking their small stock of sheep, including 3 new lambs,...

We stayed in the Pioneer Room during May and I have to say this was one of the best Bed & Breakfasts that we have every been to. The owner's were very gracious and truthfully cared about making you comfortable in every way. Since we visit Palmer quite often to visit our son, we now have the place that we...

We had a very nice stay at Alaska's Harvest with Collette and her husband. Everything from booking to departure was easy and comfortable. Having driven past a few of the other options in the Palmer/Hatcher's Pass area, it was easy to see why Alaska's Harvest is deserving of its #1 place on Trip Advisor. The room was very nice, very...

I have stayed in a lot of B&B's, and there are always pros and cons to each. Just to put my following remarks in perspective, even though I might have some concerns about a place doesn't mean I regret staying there. I do have some concerns about this place, but I loved staying there, and I would gladly stay there...

Thank you again for staying with us! We always hope our guests have the very best stay possible, so receive negatives as a way to learn better how to be sure our new guests are well informed of all situations prior to their stay. Not sure what to say on the towels, I literally just purchased those red towels and...

I love coming and staying here. I have been coming here for about three years now and every year it is great. The rooms are great, the view is great and the people are great. The animals are just perfect. Especially the baby ones.

It is always great to have repeat guests return. We get to where we remember who was a pleasure too! (over a 1000 guests a summer and it can get mind boggling!) You are always a pleasure to have and very undemanding and gracious! Thank you for the kind words, and please keep coming back! God bless, Collette

“Collette upgraded us to the Pioneer Suite, which is very large and has extra space for 3+ people to stay. If you're traveling solo or as a couple, I'm sure you'll have plenty of space in the other rooms.
