I stayed here recently for a conference. The hotel is very nice and has a great view. The restaurant is great and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The elevator car was very convenient to get down to the boardwalk and go to shops and restaurants and we took advantage of the free shuttle as well to get to...

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The lodge is convenient to downtown and the bus. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful as was the bartender the night we arrived. The rooms are nice and quiet. The lobby is a great place to hang out as it has comfortable furniture and a cozy fireplace. We would definitely stay here...

It is rustic lodge up above ketchikan. The water views are great. There is local historical photos and artifacts through the lodge. The lobby is comfortable with museum quality native baskets to look at. Nice place to chill out with a cup of coffee.

As independent travelers, my husband & I always try to choose lodging that has a regional feel and something different than standard accommodations that seem as if you could be anywhere. It was different, enjoyable and a 'fun' experience to stay at the Cape Fox Lodge. A small tram could take you from the street level to the lobby, or...

Spent one night here and the hotel room is average but the lodge and restaurant is great. I had salmon - many choices for preparation- which was excellent and portion large (couldn't finish it all!). Save room for dessert - salted caramel cookie is killer!!

Spacious room with a great view. The room has a king sized bed, desk area, and reading area which was a nice welcome after traveling all day. The lodge is beautiful with a hint of history and modern flare. I recommend for business, couples, and families.

The room was suitable for the area that it is located. Do not expect all of the amenities that the larger chains have in the bigger cities, but if you are in Ketchikan you do not need them anyway. The view is incredible and the staff was very accommodating for all of our needs. Dave a member of the catering...

Great view, and the staff was very pleasant. We wanted a long walk, and they gave us great directions so we wouldn't get lost. The view was beautiful from the lodge, and the inn is great! Too bad we were on a cruise!

Was here for the Southeast Environmental Conference 2016. Got to stay here and the conference was also here. The hotel was great and the view was top notch. I seriously enjoyed the restaurant on a daily basis. The only thing that kept me from rating this a 5 was the Tram wasn't always running. This is a great stay and...

Enjoyed our 3 night stay. Access elevator broken but they shuttled us everywhere we wanted to go including to the front door of the airport, which involves a ferry ride. Great tie in with the fishing guide who took us out as just a couple. Owned and staffed by the natives. Great views of the town and harbor.
