We stayed in a pond-side suite for four nights in late September, 2018. The owner and operator Maryann Ray tends to every detail in person, including making the most delicious breakfasts ever. She is also a fabulous "tour guide", making sure we saw and did the very best

We were absolutely floored by the service and attention to detail. The on-site masseuse was hands down the best massage either of us had in years (and we get them often!) We are locals getting away for an evening, and the setting on the gorgeous little pond made both of us feel

Myself and my wife stayed at Maryann's place for three days and the experience was wonderful. Even though she wasn't there due to family travel, Maryann made sure everything was arranged perfectly. We enjoyed our room, ambiance and the location. I would highly recommend this

I have had the pleasure of staying at The Pond many times over the years, but this latest visit exceeded even my high expectations. My husband and I traveled to Juneau for business, with some hiking and relaxing added in for good measure. I was once more astonished by the

There are taxis in Juneau that run 24/7, but you will want to make a reservation in advance because they do not usually have any waiting at the ferry. Juneau Taxi can be reached at (907) 790-4511. Keep that number with you because you may need to call them again once you arrive. If you have an interest in having your own transportation while in Juneau, there is a used car rental company that will put a rental at the ferry terminal. This is Juneau Car Rentals at (907) 789-0951. I hope you have a great trip Maryann Pearson's Pond (907) 789-3772

Winter is the best time for northern lights. However, while I would love to have you stay at Pearson's Pond, if the primary purpose of your visit is to see the Northern Lights, please be aware that Southeast Alaska, including Juneau can be overcast making viewing difficult. You might want to consider Fairbanks in January/February for the most likely northern lights viewing. Maryann from Pearson's Pond

I'm so sorry I didn't see this earlier. Pearson's is the best for weddings! We loved everything about it... Maryann did a wonderful job planning. We had a glacier helicopter wedding and it was the most beautiful experience of our trip. We worth it to have Maryann plan it all :) I wish I could send you a picture. I'll post a pic on the Pearson's Pond link
