Pros: Good location Reasonable Price Clean Pretty good layout in room with fridge, micro and Keurig coffee maker Cons: mediocre staff; friendly enough but not intetested in fixing any problems unless you press it. Fir example I asked for a menu to the restaurant and FD clerk said there is one in the room. I explained I didn't have one...

Easy walking distance access to downtown offices and businesses, but out of the main tourist congestion and routes. Restaurant on site is reasonably priced and has good food. An older but not historic hotel, but furnishings, beds, linens, TV, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker all up to date clean and functioning. Stay here rather than bigger name, historic, or more...

If you get a room with a view, prepare for lots of road noise. You can't control room temperatures. Toiletries are pretty lacking so bring your own everything. It was very clean. Need more (and better) pillows. I had two very poor quality pillows. It has those nice curved shower rods but they are placed so far back in the...

My husband and I spent our anniversary in Juneau last July for a week. This hotel was excellent in more ways than are imaginable! The staff is friendly and willing to take the time to give excellent advice as to the best options for the many things to do in Juneau. Room service was excellent, our room was always clean...

Hotels in Juneau are generally less fancy than Anchorage or the lower 48. This hotel is nicely located and the rooms are clean. There's been a recent upgrade, so things are mostly new. What makes this hotel special is the staff. To a person, they are all so nice. If you come in the winter, Juneau is not a foodie...

Room was pretty nice! I would agree with another reviewer and would suggest a room in the back. The rooms facing the water have pretty views but you do hear a bit of noise from the traffic. Restaurant was great huge portions wait staff and bartenders were friendly. Easy walk to down town for shopping or nightlife close to everything.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant has great food and good portions. Parking was convenient and the hotel is downtown so easy to walk around or get a cheap cab ride. The Alaska State Museum is a must see and it is right next door. Awesome. Room was just okay. Bed was comfortable but the bottom sheets were...

Thank you for your comments, we'll work on those items that your pointed out. You've pointed out several great features of our property- convenient location, covered parking, next door to fantastic new Alaska State Museum and an on site restaurant. I'd only add that we are usually the best value for large guest rooms in the downtown area.

Staff is very friendly , Rooms and Hotel are very clean with Xmas decorations with Xmas Music everywhere which is awesome. Rooms have Keurig coffee machines . Suggest a room on opposite side of road as lots of traffic all day and night but not a huge problem. Restaurant serves great food and large portions and reasonable prices. Totally happy...

Room perfect and large and clean. lobby warm and inviting. Only thing that was below standard was that there was a dirty ratty upholstered footstool in the room. Breakfast had large servings, delicious.

I needed to come our capital city on business, but brought my family (including my small dog). We had a lovely view suite, and it was perfect. Separate bedroom allowed me to work, restaurant on site with great food, and room service. Convenient to downtown Juneau, and free wifi, and covered parking was so appreciated since it rained the whole...
