We spent 2 nights (of a 12 night trip) in bungalow #5 and this was the only property we were sad to leave. Bungalow its self was well equipped with a large bathroom, full kitchen and lovely 4 poster canopy bed. Ocean is just at your door step and long pier makes for great views and easy snorkeling. Kayaks are also provided to explore! The new owners couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. We enjoyed breakfast on our patio which was kindly provided by the staff on morning and I made a nice meal another night with tuna I purchased from local fisherman. We honestly liked this place much more than the Hilton (which was 4 times the price). We hope we can come back and enjoy more time here!

Room Tip: Bungalow 5 is most romantic and closest to the water but all units looked lovely

We stayed at the honeymoon bungalow from 9/1/21-9/26 and it was an awesome experience, especially during the covid lockdown. This resort has new owners David and Vanessa who just took it over a few months ago. It feels like you are staying with family (the ones you like)1 We were able to kayak and snorkel off the long pier daily in the lagoon that has tons of coral. There are reef and nurse sharks and a moray eel that comes out at night. Doreen and Elody are 2 of the staff that are a true pleasure to be around and talk to. They also cook meals that are an option if you want to eat at the resort. Meals were served at our bungalow in courses right on our deck, and were excellent. Meal options at restaurants are delivery only at the moment if you choose this option. The owners 3 kids, parents and the 2 resident dogs made it feel like one big home! Our bungalow was well equipped with AC and a kitchen for cooking meals with food from the grocery. We bought eggs and bacon for breakfast and sandwich supplies from the grocery store. The biggest and best grocery is Champions on the opposite side of the island by the ferry port. They have a great selection and take credit cards. Be aware that no alcohol is sold on weekends at any store here and in Tahiti. It is also very expensive. We really loved this place because it was very different from a hotel type resort where you don't get the local experience. We will definitely go back and stay here if we make it back to Moorea!

This place is simply a gem: lovely, welcoming, charming. The two ladies who run this place are so kind, as well as being helpful, giving tips on places to see or restaurants to try. Our bungalow was simple: clean, comfortable - just what we needed. Breakfast was awesome! This place felt like home and we were sad to leave it.

If you need a place that is beautiful, calm, beachfront, and has a mountain view.. then this is It!! Edmee and Roland welcomed my husband and I with open arms!! The room was clean and big enough for the two of us! It has a kitchen and everything you needed, in case you decide to cook! The property was eco friendly as they recycle and compost, which was a plus for us! Another plus was they have “vending machine” that sells cold water, wines, and beer just in case you do not want to leave the property :) but in case you do want to go out, there are a couple stores just down the street! We went during the pandemic and this place made us forget about the it for a while. All rooms has a little outdoor area with tables, chairs, and lounge chairs that faces the ocean to social distance ourselves and we spent quite a lot of time in our outdoor area. We truly enjoyed our time here in Linareva. If you’re lucky, you’ll see some black tip shark right off the jetty! And if you’re super lucky, Edmee and Roland will bless you with fresh fruits from their trees :) Ps: don’t worry if you forget your book!! They have a library in the office :)

My gf & I had a 4-night stay at the Linareva Beach Resort. We had a beachfront villa. The property and rooms are extremely well maintained & clean, with a lot of attention to detail. There is a boardwalk that leads into the ocean, that you can snorkel, kayak, or dive. Also, the sunsets are amazing, we watched the sunset every night. Food choice: the resort provides breakfast, dinner for a charge or you can go eat out. There is a Pizza spot closeby and a grocery store. It's on the quiet side of the island, so it has a calm and peaceful atmosphere. We would recommend having a rental car. We had a delightful experience.
