This hotel is located in central San Jose, and not in the best part of town. The hotel sign is small and from the street side doesn't look like a hotel so it can be hard to find (across the street and just down from McDonald's). The rooms vary greatly. Some are large with kitchenettes, others are bare bones and...

The hotel is simple and the picture is better the the hotel it self. The shower was bad. The room is old too, without air conditioning. I do not recomend. The breakfast was poor, but I think it's quite the same if you look arouns the nearby.

This hotel is very unassuming from the outside in what feels like a very touristy run down part of San Jose. Inside there is nothing to complain about, nice pool, rooms are fine, breakfast was good but didn't try the restaurant, the staff were helpful. For the same price there are some much better options further out of town.

I arrived at the hotel and the front desk was courteous and helpful. The room was ready on time and was as clean as it gets. Pro: Wifi is excellent Clean room 15 min walking distance from city Cons: No AC Dirty stains all over Room needs an upgrade Won't shower bc it looks so dirty Safe has not key...

We spent our first night in Costa Rica here. A simple, standard hotel that doesn't look like much from the outside, but once you enter feels like a little oasis in the city. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and very helpful. The pool is right in the center of a lush, green courtyard. Everything was clean....

This hotel was quite far from downtown/central San Jose but I was only staying there for one night as I was meeting a tour group there. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was kind of hard/uncomfy. The grounds were well-kept and the pool was great for a mid-day swim. I didn't eat at the resto so not...

Stayed one night at the beginning of a group tour. It was okay for one stay. The beds were comfortable but not a very secure room, although the front door had a security guard all night. Hot water lasted a few minutes and you could hear scratching in the ceiling. Our room was on the second floor near the street...

Hotels location seems like a rough neighbourhood but isn't. McDonald's at the end of the street is great for morning coffee. Like others have stated walls are thin and you can hear above and outside. Motorcycles frequent the street outside and if your in a room along the street and a soft sleeper you may be bothered by it. Train...

We stayed here on a tour of Costa Rica with a group. Our room was on the ground floor, basic and dated but the bed was comfortable. The courtyard is a nice surprise with trees and shrubs around the pool and fountain area. It really isn't that appealing from the main entrance and the lobby is very tight. The rooms...

Yes..the architecture and structure of the hotel is pretty... alternatives without necessarily meaning that this is negative. It has a small pool and it's more like "aparthotel" rather than a classic hotel. Pretty friendly staff and located in a quiet neighborhood. There is Mac Donalds almost right opposite and a local fried chicken place a few meters away. Rooms pretty...
