Cons Super small bathroom Neighbourhood is ugly but don't think is unsafe. Many homeless in the area. Extremely noisy. Walls are too thin and you can hear people from next rooms talking and snoring. Also, you can hear the cars passing and people in the lobby area. Breakfast is horrible and very poor The owner of the hotel is screaming by the phone all the time everywhere Cold. No heating and no blankets. We were cold in the night. Pros Great staff. Very helpful and king. Only hotel in CR we had this hospitality. Near to bus stations Good wifi Daily cleaning. Daily towels Liquid soap in bathroom Water refill, coffee and tea in reception Safe, cameras in the property. They storaged our siutcase for a month. Clean Tv Closet with hangers

After a few weeks of traveling around the country, it was great to end up in such a clean place! Super clean room and friendly staff. Our room looked out into the main road so it was quite noisy with the traffic, and could have done with a blanket during the night as it was a bit chilly with just a sheet.

Perfect for transfers as near bus stations. Clean, crisp bedding, hot shower, all good and new. Our room had no window which was kinda good because not woken by light. Walls and ceilings are thin so you hear everything, not a problem as we’re used to doing hostels! Only negative was breakfast- meagre and felt slightly rough afterwards. So just skip that, still good price.

When we came to Costa Rica in the evening, we rented a car for one week by Sixt. They picked us up by the airport and from there we drove to hotel Milan. It takes about 15 minutes. We parked the car next to the hotel. That was not a problem. The area is not so pretty. You can see a lot of garbage and people sleeping on the street, but we didn't feele that unsafe. If you going by foot you have to walk about 20min, then you are in the center of the city. Close to the hotel there is a busstation. The hotel itselve is looking clean and tidy. The bedroom is also clean, the bed is quit small for two persons but that's ok of you like each other. What is really anoying is that you can hear everything through the walls and windows. But we got the room for two nights it's ok and it was quit cheap, so then you can't complain ; )
