All of the people from the front desk to the roof top bar to the main restaurant were great. The rooms are spacious and nice. The rates were reasonable especially for me since I am Bonvoy Titanium and the roof top happy hour and breakfast were included.

I travel a lot and have stayed in hundreds of hotels. This is one of my favorite, and it's not because of elegance or anything like that. It's like a well oiled machine, this hotel just delivers in everything. Very clean, very nice rooms, comfortable bed, outstanding service, great food and service in restaurant, etc. There is even a casino on the property but you can't hear any noise coming from it. The location is fantastic. It's within a few hundred feet of the multi-plaza shopping center, and a few hundred meters from Avenida Escazu. You are right off Highway 27 but can't hear any noise from it. The Sheraton club is well managed. Just a very lovely experience.

Me and my husband stayed for only one night before heading to the airport the next day. Beautiful hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms were beautiful and well kept. Has a casino and rooftop bar/restaurant. Recommended 👌

Stayed for two nights at the San Jose Sheraton. Very clean and comfortable bed. Close to a shopping mall but not much else. Next to a busy highway so the windows are sealed. Very good breakfast. There’s a very good selection and fresh eggs

My husband and I recently stayed at the Sheraton in Escazu. We had an outstanding stay. Due to our Titanium status with Bonvoy we had lounge access. Without a doubt, the lounge at this location was the best lounge experience we have ever had. The staff in the lobby and the lounge were exemplary. The casino off of the lobby was a bonus. We look forward to staying at this location again and we HIGHLY recommend anyone else to stay.
