Was only there for the day so we didn't stay overnite. The grounds are beautifully surrounded by luscious forests and the staff are friendly and food is excellent. There is an excellent area just for yoga which offers a stunning view of the forests.

I'm certain everything I'm going to write has been said before in spades so I'll keep it short. We came during down season and owner/creator/visionary Lana was out. But her mom and the staff were still incredibly nice and attentive. We weren't able to partake in spa or yoga classes with Lana gone but were able to take three tours...

I love this place. My husband and I stayed in the highest tent and appreciated the hike up and down after the ample 3 meals that were served with a smile every day. Lana and her mom were amazing hosts and the staff was amazing. We loved walking around the property and down to the beach and back as well...

I ran out of superlatives within minutes of arriving at Luna Lodge! Wonderful days immersed in nature. The owner Lana, her mum and all the staff gave us a very warm welcome and went the extra mile to optimise our experience, thank you so much! Wildlife was everywhere, saw all four monkey species - a highlight being a Spider Monkey...

We came to this hotel in a unique way. We were backpacking, so we were driving our car through the Osa Peninsula on the extremely difficult and bumpy roads. We kept going because of the very encouraging signs that said "you're almost there" and "the hard part is over," which ended up leading to a beautiful hotel in the depths...

Ok, credit where credit is due first. The place is beautiful, gorgeous, spectacular setting in the jungle - it's unbelievably beautiful no denying that. The food in the restaurant was fresh and delicious with amazing views. A variety of rooms from more rustic and affordable to fancier & higher end. When we arrived we were greeted with fresh juice -...

We just returned from a 5-night stay at Luna Lodge with our family of four - 2 adults, 2 children ages 13 and 16. Luna Lodge sits on top of a steep winding road that rises high into the jungles near the National Corcovado Park on the western coast of the Osa Peninsula. Luna Lodge's remote location makes it truly...

We had a wonderful 5-night-stay in the stunning Luna Lodge. It is an exceptionally well managed hotel - everything runs like clockwork and all of the staff are extremely helpful. The hotel area itself is very beautiful, relaxing and unique in how isolated it is. The room is open in parts and doesn't have air con, etc., so don't go...

My family and I were told of the beauty - so we thought we'd take a drive. The road up is terrifying- no lie - terrifying- only with a strong 4WD! We almost rolled back as we were gong up in our manual transmission. BUT it was worth it! The owner met is at the car with ice cold water...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Secluded in the tropical rain forest bordering Corcovado National Park, Luna Lodge is a unique resort described by many as "...a piece of true paradise". Its appeal is, not only, its natural beauty and environment, where the heliconia hang three feet long, and the howler monkeys wake you in the morning, but also, its ambiance. The owners' passion for the preservation of the forest is ever present, and the attentive courtesy, friendly staff always serve "con mucho gusto... with pleasure". ... more   less
