Stayed at this property for one night. Location: Not far from the beach and Manuel Antonio Park. Taxi ride should cost you around 1500-2000 colones or you can also take the local bus for 350 colones. There is a supermarket right across the street and two restaurants next door. This was convenient, otherwise you would have to go to Quepos...

We had a last minute booking and there was limited availability for private rooms in the city. The hostel was able to accommodate us and I was pleased with the room. The front desk agent was friendly. We opted to pay $10 more for air conditioner and it was well worth it. The private room had a comfortable double bed,...

Really nice location close to the beach and the park on the top of the hill with a lovely view . Kitchen well equipped and clean room and common areas. Really good pancakes at breakfast. Staff smiling and helpful. The only negative thing is that the bar next to the pool (you can use but it is quite small and...

I stayed at a private room here for three nights. The room was very clean and had a full size bed that was a bunk bed with a twin bed on top. The room didn't have A/C, but with the window open and the two powerful fans, I slept great. The shared bathroom I used was also kept very clean....

I was there for two days with one of my friend, we stayed in a 6 persons dorm in a tiny room, it was VERY warm, we barely slept. The place was crowded with teenagers making a lot of noise all the time. When we reserved the website said there was air conditionning but there wasn't. The wifi never worked....

I stayed at Backpackers Manuel Antonio during the christmas holiday with some friends. The guys in the reception make the hostel great! They are very helpful and very friendly. They helped us book amazing tours and recommended very nice restaurants nearby. The reason I don't give the hostel five stars is that the room we stayed in tended to get...

We had a private room, the staff are very helpful and friendly, and bonus breakfast included! The pool is great. Also there was a very friendly young sloth in a tree right in front of the kitchen dining...

We really enjoyed our stay, we even extended our stay twice. The Hostel is very, very clean, they even clean the dorm rooms. The kitchen is outside and big, although some things like oil are missing. The community is great there and the people working there are nice. Breakfast is also included - amazing pancakes! And there's a pool, real...

I stayed at Backpackers in November for a few nights and found them very nice and easy to work with. I had a private room which had a queen bottom bunk and a twin top bunk bed. Beautiful view of the jungle from the back porch of the hostel. Bathroom was shared between 4 private rooms. Staff all speak pretty...
