Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The hostel had the potential but was not utilising it. The entrance was uninviting and closed most of the time. The receptionist was rather useless giving me the wrong directions a couple of times (however it must be said that the cleaner was useful). The kitchen had no utensils to cook with and the pans were struggling, there still remained a rice cooker which was broken. There were dorms unused when our dorm was full of 8 people and you could not walk on the floor without a struggle due to there being no space with people's bags. In the morning I tripped over and hurt myself when it was dark as there was no floor space. The toilet & shower is shared between 16 people and they are not separate so you may be left waiting for a long time and often a queue formed. The WiFi was so poor I gave up on it and went to the Selina down the beach and used there's at the bar. The beds however are comfy.

Is it a hostel with great potential - I had a good stay... However, it appears poorly managed. It is now the low season and you may have to check in through another hotel's gate if you arrive outside 10am-6pm. Staff are helpful but may not know the details of bookings as some work in a different hotel. The are 3 sets of 3 dorms and when I was there, had the 2 closed, piling up the guests only in the first. Some days felt crowded although it was not too busy. There are not enough bathrooms/showers. Wifi only close to the router. All rooms have air-con. Kitchens are fine. Clean and cozy. Private access to the beach. Spaces pretty clean. Good price, close to the beach. Not a party hostel ...

Is this a hostel or a hotel? Clean, comfortable, ordered, with very nice bathrooms and kitchens. Private access to the beach, pool. I've never seen such a beautiful hostel. Moreover it is cheap and in a perfect position, 2 min from the beach, 4 min from the center, the bank, the super market and the shops. You have to go there.

It’s a brand new hostel. It’s a cheaper version of the big hotel just next to it. It has a great kitchen, beautiful bathroom and bedrooms. The people there were really nice. Because the place just opened we were alone. It has a TV where we can watch netflix outside. The girl who worked there told us that there will be pool tables when it’s finish. Very nice hostel with a private door to the beach! And cheap.
