Common space is very artsy with some nice paintings, overall vibe in the place is very nice as well, people volunteering there were nice and helpful. However only thing bothering us was the shared kitchen that honestly looked very dirty, not...

Loved the details on the walls all around the hostel and the staff is really helpful and friendly and pointed us always in the right direction. The hostel is right...

This was our second time visiting The Lazy Loft Beach Hostel in Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica. A lot of people started coming to this hostel after the place was chosen as one of...

The highlight of my time spent at The Lazy Mon was at the restaurant and bar, playing ping pong, enjoying the live beachfront music, and fully embracing happy hour 2 for 1 drinks. The music plays late into the night providing a place for young travelers and locals to mingle and party. The music did play late into the night....

This hostel is located on the second floor of the noisiest bar in southern caribbean coast. The musical is so loud than the vibrations of the bass boost alone can maintain you awake. Their catchphrase, "beach, party, sleep, repeat" is well chosen: don't go if you plan to do anything else. The bar will decide for you when you will...
