We absolutely loved El Arbol and stayed nearly a week. We were looking for an authentic experience in Costa Rica and certainly found it here. Waking up our first morning to the sound of howler monkeys is a sound I will cherish for the rest...More

Let me start off by saying that we only searched for luxury hotels, nice places with top of line amenities, and this one say "luxury" we though we were good-- NO. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE-- EVER! Start off, to get there, the pot...More

We cannot believe the audacity of this so-called reviewer. Booking two nights with us and paying only one, then arriving here at night and leaving about ten minutes later to not return, taking keys that are difficult to duplicate in Costa Rica and one of...More

El Arbol has power. I dont really know that much about charging batteries but the houses have 110V supplied to them to run the refridgerator, lights, small oven, blender, stuff like that. I hope this answers your question.
