Don't get fool by the photos and views. This was one of the worst places ever. Rooms were extremely unclean, everything was old and not working the way it supposed to. Bathroom and toilet were disgusting, we were not able to even used them. The bed was humid, the AC was not working and it was really dirty. Sheets were stained and smell funky and they were supposed to be clean. So why did we crashed in here? It was work and we got there really late so there was no other option. Not secure at all, the door at our room did not close. We call the front desk and nobody answered for almost an hour. We felt sleep waiting.

We went to their restaurant for lunch attracted by their great location. As soon as you get there you can tell there's no leadership and no one cares about visitors. After sitting for a while we saw one server and she avoided any eye contact. Tired of waiting, we decided to leave (and we were starving) and the waitress had a relieve look in her face. Seeing some of the other reviews, this place has not desire to improve.

This hotel is in a run down area however was perfect for a couple of nights relaxation before we headed off to Tortuguero (boats leave 10 mins away) The food in the restaurant was some of the worst I have ever experienced, the swimming pool is large and has nice views and the WIFI did not work in the rooms, the rooms where average but the hotel was not expensive so the value for money wasn't the worst! its a shame as it could of been so much more.

Was here on business. Ive travelled the world and its been a long time sine I stayed at such a bad hotel. The rooms are very basic so don't expect too much and you wont be disappointed. Only positive was the view from the restaurant at breakfast. Costa Rica has much better to offer elsewhere, but not in Limon.

We are still awake at midnight because they have a wedding and the music is loud as hell. Not cool. People are friendly. Pools are great food not so much. I loved it until I couldn't sleep because of the thumping beat.
