I really, really loved this place and wanted to give it 4 stars... but the beds are just SO hard! My husband actually laughed when he laid on it the first time because it was almost comical. That said, this was the only negative thing about this place. The couple running the cabanas, Alberto and Margarita are wonderful and fun...

Stayed there for one night and enjoyed the generous sized cabin and porch - especially the hammock. the couple who run it are very friendly and had a wee library of local books on nature etc. It's probably the sort of place you're better with others as when I was there no one really hung out in the communal area.

We loved this place! Alberto & Margherita were wonderful hosts. The property is just what we were looking for: gorgeous gardens, quiet, private bath & kitchen, and most of all-relaxing!! We will definitely be back again. If you come to Cahuita you MUST find Eduardo [a local who Alberto helped us find] as a local guide we hired to take...

We stayed in a cabin with a kitchen. We were very comfortable. The location is perfect, you are able to hear the sound of waves in the morning, as well as birds and monkeys. We definitely recommend a stay here!

We stayed at Caribe Luna for 8 days with our two small children and had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the setting in a tropical garden very much, sitting on our spacious terrace, watching colorful birds, howler monkeys and frogs. The cabina we stayed in offered lots of space for the four of us (and had the best mattresses in...

The cabinas are "little houses" spread around a large area surrounded by tall trees, flowers, and of course birds and a lot of monkeys that will for sure entertain you when they start jumping from a tree to another. Have your cameras ready. Staff was very friendly and understanding when we had a "little" problem with getting money from the...

Only stopped for one night but found this a great stopping place in Cahuita. The rooms were a good size, the couple running the place extremely friendly and helpful, and although they don't offer breakfast, they still made toast available with some amazing tasting lime and mango jam. Beautiful birds singing in the trees around also added to a wonderful...

The Cabinas Caribe Luna is a little way out of the centre of Cahuita but it is an easy walk. The distance, I believe, makes it quieter than places closer to the centre would be. Not that Cahuita is a party town, but the main street has its fair share of bars. The rooms are clean and adequate. The people...

Enjoyed my two nights in Caribe Luna. I went to Cahuita because it is small and not too touristy and wanted a simple place to stay in a garden setting near the Caribbean beaches. My cabin was fine for me and the property is very green with flowers and several dart frogs in the mornings on my walkway. Heard howler...

I spent six nights there in blue cabin. Polite and helpful staff, two friendly and playful dogs, beautiful garden with lot of tropical plants, lazy nights in my hammock, make me wish to come back there. I really enjoyed my stay there. Cabins and village of Cahuita are great place to relax, far away from everyday problems.
