I am so grateful to have ended up here! This lovely property has a Swiss Family Robinson vibe blended with an amazingly curated jungle garden. The remarkably kind, authentic owners and staff make this a truly standout place. Tico has the trappings of a higher...More
We stayed in a double room with balcony from November 27 until December 7, 2016.
What a great place! Very relaxing, nice pool, close to everything in Samara.
Weather was great, it rained 4 or 5 nights, but days were clear except 2 days.
I stayed one night here and the room was ok with a decent balcony and hammock. But when I checked out in the morning and said I was travelling to Montezuma, the American ex-pat owner (I think his name was Chris) told me to drive...More
Lovely place. Each bedroom seems to have a balcony with a hammock - which took a bit of practice to get out of !

We stayed here for a few night while visiting Samara. Nice, fun, quirky place to stay. Close, but off the beaten path a bit. You felt very much at home. The staff can arrange any ]types of adventures and recommend things to do.

We stayed ther at the beginning of December and stayed in the studio apartment suite just off of the office. I can't say that the traffic noise was even an issue. I never noticed the sound. The walls are fairly thin and there was a live band that played on the next street that we heard one night but the town has a 9pm noise ban, so things quieted down then. One morning, the howler monkeys were pretty loud, but you can't control the jungle 😉 It's a lovely place to stay, though. We loved it.
