Such a great night time frog tour. Our guide Brandan was amazing. Not sure how he even saw some of the frogs . We also saw an eye lash viper and some other bugs. We got great pictures and learned at lot. If you want some great pics take this tour

We really enjoyed the small, rustic, and off the beaten path nature of this resort. Dirt road and "sidewalk," howler monkeys at daybreak, small resort - just a few units, and the hiking trail is short but lovely. So what's missing? A comfortable bed. The mattresses are beat up with small little pillows. We slept in separate beds because the...

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed it. The cabin was simple but clean. It rained a lot while we were there and the roof made it pretty loud, but the front patio is covered enough that we could sit out and listen to the rain and the jungle sounds. The staff (especially Pablo) was very helpful with information...

No TV. Light bulb in bathroom was on the ceiling, so very dim lighting to see yourself in the mirror. Breakfast was not good, just eggs and toast, or a sickly sweet omelette. Friendly staff. Cool concept. Animal noises did make it hard to sleep through the night. Great location for tours. Room service turned over our rooms every time...

My husband and I had an amazing time at this Eco Lodge. We were welcomed like family, treated like dear friends, and left with many happy memories and life-changing experiences. Breakfast on the terrace surrounded by lush vegetation and with lots of beautiful birds visiting the many fruit feeders. Our thanks to Andres for being such a knowledgeable guide, careful...

Stayed here for 2 nights to explore Arenal. Everything about the place was great. Just far enough out of town that it feels like the jungle, close enough to drive in within 5 mins for dinner. Room was big, very clean and well appointed. Staff were really friendly and helpful, we even checked in about 3h early. Also did the...

I am writing about the Arenal night time oasis tour. This is a walk of less than a mile in which my tour guide Isaac was able to point out an animal about every five steps. We saw beautiful frogs toads even snakes and from a distance the eyelash pit viper. Don't worry it is completely safe because Isaac knows...

The accommodations are rustic but just fine for a stay at Arenal. We were hardly in our room anyway. The staff at Arenal Oasis are marvelous - from the front desk to the restaurant to the frog tour - everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. We especially enjoyed having breakfast while our server put out fruit for the birds,...

This is a real paradise!!! An Oasis full of life and biodiversity! Experienced the real "Pura Vida", nice log cabins in the woods, great dining area with bird feeders and great food, very clean and private, friendly staff. Highly recommended.

It was such a treat to stay at Arenal Oasis Lodge. Their bungalows are in the middle of a reserve and it feels like you have your own little jungle retreat. The bungalows are lovely and I was actually pleasantly surprised by their quality. They have no air con but that didn't bother us. The staff are fab but a...
