We only stopped here to do the ziplining which was great! Long lines and beautiful views. The guides were also very serious about safety.

We enjoyed our little "cabana" it's basic but had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable, but not luxurious, the only complaint is that we needed more places to hang things in the bathroom. (Where do we put our swimsuits so that they will dry???) The food at the restaurant was good if you like Costa Rican style marinated...

Stunning view in all directs with the Arenal volcano in the distance. Staff are excellent and helpful. Rooms are small cabins and a bit Spartan. There is a small TV and electricity/hot water most of the time! Food at the restaurant is average and nothing special. The 14 hot springs right on the property are what makes this place special...

We stayed two nights as part of a driving tour around Costa Rica. The hotel is ok - the location is very good with a great view of the volcano and the canopy tour zip lining was excellent. What let the hotel down was the room and the service. The rooms are in need of updating. We had several issues...

The views from every room are stunning, overlooking the amazing Arenal Volcano. The hot springs are natural and inviting as long as you are not expecting them to look like a chlorinated swimming pool. The flora and fauna surrounding the resort, including a very challenging and steep hike to a waterfall in the back were all beautiful. The resident sloth...

Quite nice, I was happy. Beautiful grounds with hot springs and a trail which seemed a bit on the dangerous side to an old crock like me! Wifi only in hotel reception and restaurant (come on guys it's 2012!). Very dark in room. Breakfast good. Shower good.

The view from this place of the volcano is amazing!!! The little cottage rooms are okay..not real good...the hot springs were nice, but not as nice as the others...the real problem to us was the swimming pool with the hot springs going into it-it just looked YUCKY..the steps were awful looking, and not one of us would get into it...

Had a beautiful cabin with a view of the volcano. Very comfortable. The food was good but not fantastic. I enjoyed the hot springs, the higher up you went, the warmer they were. Great to jump in the refreshing pool afterwards. A few of the staff were exceptional, making up for those who only seemed to be waiting for the...

The Hot Springs we not crowded but not hot either - they were warm springs. The pool steps were as slippery as ice and the pool was cold. The breakfast buffet had plenty of selection (some could have been warmer) and the dinners were excellent with great service. The rooms were average but the view from the front porch were...

A beautiful setting, nicely landscaped and laid-out. The restaurant is sub-standard and extremely expensive for the food and service. Breakfast is mediocre, at best. A taxi to town costs $10 each way, and this hotel behaves like they have a captive audience. However, the zip line experience is fantastic and very well done! Next time in this area, we'll look...
