This B & B exceeded our expectations. We were so well taken care. As soon as we arrived in San Jose airport Julio picked us up and offered to take us to a delicious local restaurant for lunch and around the town of Alajuela. Jody helped us pick up our rental car and gave us great directions to our next...

This B&B 5 mins from the San Jose airport is a great place to stay on your way to and from other places in Costa Rica. Jody is so sweet and very caring, she drove me to and from tour pick ups and took great care of me and my friends while we were in Alajeula. Her place is comfortable...

We have visited Costa Rica many times and never have we come across a more warm, generous and helpful lady, than Jody. From the time Jody and Julio met us at the airport, driving and staying with us during our dental appointment, which she set up for us in advance, we felt we were in the company of a caring...

A warm welcome awaits you at this home from home bed and breakfast located just 15 minutes drive from San Jose international airport - an ideal location for those like us arriving late and travelling on. We were met by Julio at the airport and dropped back at the end - a free service. Located up a quiet road, with...

We really enjoyed our 2 nights here. It was so easy being picked up from the airport especially when we were jet lagged! Jody made us feel very welcome. The Mermaid Cabina was just right and we even tried the pool the next morning before we ate our Costa Rican breakfast on the terrace. We had a night at the...

The title about says it. Very nice place with a friendly owner who cares about guest happiness and comfort. GoogleMap found it just fine by entering Calle La Loma, Alajuela or they will pick you up at the airport. I'll be back. Oh, and I like the tile work!

Jody's place is the perfect start (and return) to Costa Rica. If your plane gets in too late to drive anywhere before it gets dark, staying with Jody at Casa Marin is a great option! We didn't feel like driving another 5 hours after nearly 12 hours of plane travel. We decided to spend the night near the airport and...

My wife and I just returned from a 9 day trip to Costa Rica. Our first afternoon and night we stayed at the Casa Marin. We trusted prior reviews and wanted something near the airport (we were flying out by Nature Air the next morning) and at a reasonable cost. Things couldn't have gone more smoothly. We were picked up...

Casa Marin is an amazing B&B that anyone visiting Costa Rica should consider. The reviews are all justified and we are so delighted that we picked here for our first and last night.
