I have moved away from the Province of Alajuela to be safe during the Coronavirus. Norma refused to refund me and shortchanged me by $250. Her public washrooms are filthy and she is allowing day visitors. Her facility is coronavirus unsafe.

This was my first trip to Costa Rica and staying here was the best place that I ever could have stayed. The environment was so soothing and the people were so friendly that it felt like I was more at home here then back stateside. Every single person treated me with respect and as if they had known me their entire life, if you are looking for a home away from home I would look no further.

My sister and I stayed 3 night‘s in Norma‘s Villas and it was wonderful. We loved the cute, little villas and it was super relaxing. 3 different pools are surrounded of beautiful gardens with colorful flowers and palm trees. The owner is soo lovely and helpful. We definitely recommend Norma‘s Villas and would love to come back.
