This hotel is in a great convenient location with good views. That's about it. The lobby and the eating area reek of cat pee and cigarettes. The staff seem to not want to be bothered with simple questions. They gave us no information when we...More
best location of a hotel in shanghai , rooms large comfortable and clean , beds very comfortable , staff friendly , breakfast could have more variety but food was good , lifts a little slow but reliable , will stay here again on next visit
Location is very good.
Love the mini table top water dispenser in the room. Room and bathroom not very clean. You can see dust, hair on the floor and table.
Stayed here for 4nights. We only had breakfast once because its not good.

The area around People’s Square and People’s Park is always a abuzz with activity.
