The heart of this neighborhood is the Jing'an Temple, while the main artery of excitement and entertainment is West Nanjing Road. Close to the Former French Concession, the area has a similar draw for foreign residents but displays a more commercial character. Large, flashy malls, luxe residential high-rises and trendy nightlife areas can be found along West Nanjing Road, but areas off the busy street have the same
quiet cafes and independent boutiques that many people think of as distinctive of the Former French Concession. Jing'an is less encased in amber, though, and it's possible to immerse yourself more fully in the energy of China's most bustling metropolis here.

I think they do not have their own shuttle bus. The cheapest and yet still convenient way to get there is to take the Maglev train from the airport to Longyang station (there is only one destination station on the Maglev from Pudong airport). Then you get out and take Metro line #2 to JingAn Temple station. From there it's a 8-10 minute walk to the hotel. The Maglev is RMB50, the Metro a few RMB. Note you can actually take the #2 metro from the airport, but it's far and so take more time. More importantly, you would miss the opportunity to take the high-speed Maglev.
Of course if you have a lot of luggage, then the metro may not be convenient. Your choices then are one of the airport shuttle buses (I think one stops by JingAn Temple) or a taxi.
