This was my first trip to Shanghai and stayed at this hotel due to clients. The hotel is nice and the service is very good, in some cases too good as they kept trying to take my plates while I was still eating at the buffet breakfast. Staff is very nice but the hotel could use some updating. The hotel...

Very attentive staff, good rooms, clean and well appointed. Disappointed that there were few tv channels and no option to buy movies. The food here was very good, although due to its location the restaurants were under utilised, as an exhausted business traveller it's never nice to be in an empty hotel restaurant. I enjoyed my stay here, food/drink was...

Overall a very solid choice if you have business in the Hongqiao area. While the look of the hotel is somewhat average inside and out (everything is grey and beige and looks a bit dull), the service is hotel is very efficient. Starbucks is right outside providing refuge and croissants for our culturshocked American friends. Four great things are worth...

this hotel is usefull to get an easy fly in Hongqiao airport. I booked my room and they gave me a good quality-price room. I suggest this hotel if you are in a hurry in shanghai and don't reserve if you are in pleasant trip. The breackfast not really well but ok. Anytime you can fill some strange smell in...

Everything you would expect from this brand in a major city. The only drawback was construction noise from second story restaurant remodel made the lobby very noisy at times. The gym was great, executive lounge food very tasty. Starbucks right outside and close to trains and planes at Hongqiao. Will stay here again.

Excellent location for HongQiao Airport and Railway Station, which are a mere 15 to 20 minutes' drive away and half that by MRT (Underground/Subway) on Line 10. Nearest stop, about 5 minutes' walk from the hotel, is LongXi Road. If making a day trip to Nanjing or Suzhou I would use this hotel as a base in preference to being...

No complaints. Nice clean comfortable rooms. Starbucks right in the hotel complex. What more could you want? Plus, an English speaking Christian congregation meets at the hotel on Sundays, which is great if you're here on the weekend and want to meet with fellow believers.
