Great location, only minutes away from East nanjing road subway and the bund. The staff, the bar everything is quite alright. They even have hot water! I spent most of my trip roaming the city so the place is more than enough for me.
For around $15usd a night this place is a great economic option in Shanghai. Extremely friendly and helpful staff that do speak a good amount of English between them. Awesome location a few blocks away from E. Nanjing Road and a short walk to The...More
The hostel in just 5mins from a central shopping street, metro station and world famous bund. The staff were friendly and tentative, and the rooms are clean and bright.
Beware of the fast closing lift doors though
Thanks for a lovely visit

People’s Square brings with it all the excitement you would expect from the town square of one of the biggest cities in the world. The area around People’s Square and People’s Park is always a abuzz with activity. Oceans of local and foreign tourists flow in and out of the area every day to see grand museums, go shopping and eat at some of Shanghai’s most storied food centers. Shanghai residents, meanwhile, live and
work in the many residential and office high-rises. While much of Shanghai stays busy late into the night, this really is an area that never sleeps with glitzy nightclubs keeping people up until the wee hours of the morning.
