The location could not be better. It is central with many shops, restaurants, malls and subway stops. We got freshly baked croissants and western style breakfast every morning. Good Chinese food everywhere. The Building has spacious apartments with a bedroom, living room, small kitchen and...More
less than 100 metres walk to the Jing'an train station and right smack in the heart of Shanghai. Nice dining options right below the apartment and there's a new mall opposite. Might have some issue speaking english but otherwise perfect
Everything has been perfect: we have spent 4 nights in a comfortable double room which had all the facilities you may need. The location is wonderful: just 3 min waking from JingAn temple and metro station line 2 and 7. staff can speak good English!...More

The heart of this neighborhood is the Jing'an Temple, while the main artery of excitement and entertainment is West Nanjing Road. Close to the Former French Concession, the area has a similar draw for foreign residents but displays a more commercial character. Large, flashy malls, luxe residential high-rises and trendy nightlife areas can be found along West Nanjing Road, but areas off the busy street have the same
quiet cafes and independent boutiques that many people think of as distinctive of the Former French Concession. Jing'an is less encased in amber, though, and it's possible to immerse yourself more fully in the energy of China's most bustling metropolis here.
